I had a terrible experience in kiosk of mobile plans. I bought a familiar plan with ATT, it supposed to be 137 every month but the first bill was for 377

There are some things I really love about Costco, but also having a membership to the main competitor's club store, a comparison shows me that I prefer the competitor. Some things that need improvement to me or the website, mobile app, and the fact that they constantly change inventory so when you absolutely love something, it's gone the next time you're there. During this time of a global pandemic, I also feel safer at the other place because they have curbside and Costco does not. They also require masks for their employees, and Costco does not. When they carry them, I really like their selection of organic, vegan products.

I ordinarily do not write reviews on major retailers because most people, including the mega chain do not care. I am hoping that someone reads this though to save themselves a huge headache. The Costco was always a nightmare to enter and leave. Parking is tight and designed by someone who clearly has no clue about traffic patterns. But in Costco's continued desire for greed they are expanding the store thus take more of the limited parking away. Now it is a complete NIGHTMARE!! Several parking aisles dead end because of construction so cars go up and then have to try and turn around to get back out of where they went. People are hovering everywhere looking for a space. I don't see how this is going to be rectified. This made me realize for as little as I use Costco, this is enough of a hassle to say "I am done" and let me membership expire. Nothing in that place is worth the stupidity that they have created outside.

I have been shopping at Costco on Northlake for well over 20 years. I have always had a 5 star experience with the employees that work there. It is so nice to see familiar, happy, friendly faces that are always willing to go the extra mile to help their customers. Today was different. My daughter and I used the self checkout and the woman manning our area was incredibly rude and unpleasant from the moment we started checking out. She continued to be unpleasant and rude the entire time glaring at us as if we were doing something wrong. The final straw was when she started arguing with me over the receipt. in the end it was her mistake and she just keep arguing. It was so obvious other customers noticed. Daisy is not up to the standards of the other Costco employees. Either she was having a bad day and we were the target or she needs more training, either way it was the first unpleasant experience I have had.

I was wondering why this Costco had a 3 star rating and going to it today it all made sense Between the horrible parking lot, smaller store than I'm used to, and the lines due to the store being so small.... I never thought I'd say this but I'll just stick to Sams club while I'm in the area for the summer. I'm a tried and true Costco shopper but I'm beginning to think we just get spoiled by our SoCal Costco's. This just didn't feel like Costco, it felt a little dirty. I'll miss you this summer Costco! But I'll be back once I go back home.

What a freaking nightmare- I've come here before and never a problem although never had to stand in the customer service line before- came in just to pick up a few things (unplanned) and realized I didn't have my card on me- the amount of time standing in one customer service line- only to be redirected to another line was ridiculous- I could have gone home, grabbed my card and come back in the time it took me to get waited on- definitely NOT enough help in customer service- !!!

This is my joint. I am a loyal Costco fan! They have all the good stuff. Everything is quality. I freaking tell everyone to get a Costco membership. You save money and get quality goods. They even have a nice little book section, which I love! I love my kindle but sometimes I just need to feel the pages. And don't get me started on the clothing section or the home section. Costco, I am a fan 4 life.

We saw bad reviews for Northlake Costco Optical but made an appointment anyway. I should have believed what I read. They cancelled my appointment several weeks later. Person did not care and no convenient time to reschedule. No apology. Going elsewhere. What is convenient for them is what is most important. Don't waste your time, appointments mean nothing to them.

Crowded, narrow isles, small parking lot, long check out lines. I've been to a lot of Costco stores, this one is the least pleasant, I dread going there. I actually had to walk away from a full grocery cart because I ran out of time to check out. I had no choice, the check out line went halfway to the back of the store. I'll try going just before closing time, I hear it's not so awful then. I love Costco btw, just not this one.

This is a very busy Costco. Good for them but tough for the consumer. Hope they can keep pushing north with new centers.

This time I do not recommend this Costco. I live an hour away and I got there at 9:30am today and I have gotten there many times and was allowed in that early. This time the “gate keeper” told me that time was for seniors only. Make up your mind Costco. Let me in or not. This place is always packed with very rude seniors at all hours of the day and I’m sick of it. These seniors are the rudest people ever. They come into my place of business and treat me and my employees like crap and they feel that they are entitled to everything and then on top of that they leave us a $2 tip for a $32 service that we work very hard on. So I drove an hour today for 1 item and was turned away! Costco there is a sams 2 miles from my house and I choose to drive to you instead but not anymore. I will be getting a sams membership tomorrow.

I was purchasing some champagne for the new year on 12/26/20 at 12 pm & an older (60s - 70s) blonde Caucasian female employee named Jill who was present at self checkout interrogated myself & my sister about the membership and who was allowed to purchase items. After she was finished berating us, she informed us that we could not purchase anything. This employee's tone was rude from our initial interaction, the condescension and malice in her voice increased exponentially throughout the checkout process. She should be terminated immediately. I will never return to this Costco & plan on cancelling my membership. I called the supervisor of this establishment & was on the line for 6 minutes with no answer.

If you've been to one Costco, you've been to every one. But I prefer this location over the one on Southern Boulevard due to a much more direct path from our home in the Acreage. During peak hours, parking near the entrance can be a bit taxing between cars entering the lot and the specific row and those backing out of their spaces. With COVID upon us, I tend to get nervous amongst the crowds during peak hours, so I attempt to go during off-hours, but sometimes you need items from Costco, so you just suck it up, wear your mask, bring sanitizer, and go. Their selection of cheeses and meats were on-point. I did like the specials they have on avocadoes and ginger beer, for example. The layout is a little different from the Southern location based on where you need to push your cart for grocery items before moving to the produce and meat sections. I liked their wine selection a bit as they had some nice varieties if you're looking for a good bottle without breaking the bank. I like this Costco as well due to its proximity to other stores I like to shop and its location not far from I-95.
