“Staff at the branches is much more helpful and knowledgeable than phone help. My small dislikes do not keep me from using them. I have disdain for their transfer protocols, but use them and still will. Replacing a debit card is one of their drawbacks, as it takes 7 to 10 business days to get done. Expedited simply means you have to pay a very high fee to get a 4 business day window.
But I will still use them for locality and walk in service, which at times can alleviate the small glitches.”

“We have been loyal Flagler Bank clients for years. The staff took care of our business accounts as if they were our partners. With the acquisition of Dort financial, we were concerned about how the changeover would affect our service. While we will not say that it has been seamless, the people at our local branch on Olive Avenue, in West Palm Beach, have been phenomenal. Lori, the branch manager took over from Helen, and has been fantastic to deal with. Rosa, the front bank teller, is a joy to deal with, and a phenomenal representative of your business. She’s someone that makes you feel welcome, respected, and wall treated. We’ve also had hands on experience with Michael, and he’s a gentleman and a pleasure to work with”

“Had an issue with someone attempting to use my debit card at a store. I was immediately notified and given the option to accept or decline it being used. I went to the Royal Palm location and Adam was able to assist me. He was quick, friendly and helpful. It took approximately less than 10 mins. Also I didn't have to pay to get a replaced card because it was flagged as fraudulent. I highly recommend this credit union.”
