Extremely bad service on the pharmacy area. There is a white lady works on pharmacy always in the morning time. She is very racist and rude.

I was picking up a script for my son his doctor called it in at 11am, when I got to the counter, I was told that they did not have that medication they were out of stock, I asked her to transfer it to a different pharmacy, the prescription, and then after 15 minutes she came back and told me it was just called in and that she was going to fill it at that moment, I do not believe this pharmacy representative “Diana” is to be trusted with dispensing medications.

I went in looking for a couple gifts. During the experience a manager or worker looking guy harassed us and yelled at us as we were buying gifts. Stating things such as "buy something or get out and I'm giving you a trespassing notice!!". Something I found confusing however, all of this commotion about banning us stopped when I suddenly offered to buy my friend something and whipped out 2 hundreds. Seems odd how the manager of such an establishment has the nerve to discriminate us just based on our age. Anyways, I definitely do not recommend visiting here unless of course you would like to be yelled at for simply shopping and minding your own business.

Finally got a lovely young woman who knows what customer service is! Met Crystal today who was a breathe of fresh air! Store always understaffed but she is exactly who we need at check out! Positive, lovely and friendly! Got a few in there that act like I am bothering them not doing self checkout! Don't do it cause I can't based on my items! And I don't work for CVS!

Do not buy gift cards from this CVS. They are crooks and thief's. I Received the cards as a gift. Thankfully the receipt was with them. I called the CVS store and was told they would not do anything and I had to go into the store. I live 5 hours away, so I went into my local CVS. They tried to scan and figure out what was wrong with the cards. They told me to dispute the charges because it looks like the cards were tampered with prior to the purchase. Hope fully other people will come forward and people will be fired and the stealing will stop.

Horrible pharmacy. Go somewhere else if you need a prescription filled. They are so insensitive and rude it's weird it's allowed. They make you wait like it doesn't matter. After having my doctor send the prescription in twice they still never acknowledged me. Never going back. Such a waste of time after work. I guess they all hate there jobs. Bye

I literally waited at least 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence at the pharmacy. The gentleman seated near the pharmacy stated he was there more than a half an hour waiting on a flu shot. There were three people working: a pharmacist who was busy chatting with a patient, a woman who appeared to me assisting the drive-thru customers and answering telephone calls and the third... I'm not sure because she was walking around holding her cell phone. Nevertheless, it wouldn't have taken much effort for any if these three individuals to say I'll be with you ASAP. I would never have a prescription filled here after this experience!

I will leave a review here everytime someone in your pharmacy staff acts ridiculous. Hayley went on and on about how she "helped me" get my prescription for free and how appreciative I should be. It's called insurance and she wasn't able to help me with my other prescriptions that were sent over previously and not picked up because of the price which was what I needed "help" with, her solution was for me to come back with the name of them. Do they not have a functioning computer records system there? It's always a new story of why I need to come back. The people at this pharmacy are lazy and incompetent.

If I could give this pharmacy a 0 I would. I've never dealt with such an incompetent pharmacy. I sit on hold everytime I call no matter what time of day it is, for no less than 30 minutes. When they're short staffed they put sales associates in to ring or answer the phone. They have zero knowledge how pharmacy works. I have a med I have to call in every month, and I get the runaround whether they can fill it 3 days before it runs out or the day that it runs out. There's maybe one pharmacist that I would give 5 stars too, but not sure of their name. Everyone else that works there is absolutely miserable. Safe yourself the trip and choose another pharmacy!!

Just found out one more reason to avoid CVS. Went on line to make a Convid-19 test Appt. for Monday Nov.30th Set it for 9am got there at 8:30. Was told upon arrival , appt started at 10am , Obvious right hand of CVS doesn't know what left hand is doing. Took to this morning to find results . Tired and failed to set up a account, MANDATORY, took 2 times finally got in only to be redirected to another site. I will never visit any CVS again.

Took my son to urgent care tonight and had to fill his prescription at this location. I was instructed to give him the medication tonight. When I got there I was told that there would be a 2 hour wait. I put my 6 year old to bed where he is now coughing uncontrollably because he needed the steroid to sleep/breath. I called and was on hold for 14 minutes before they finally hung up on me. Called back and I’m still holding 10 minutes later. I’m so heartbroken for my kid. How is this even possible?? Where is the human care here?

Everyone should go to this pharmacy! Tracy the technician is the best. They are always kind, considerate and have consistent customer service , no matter how busy they are. I love the staff in the store as well. Always a great experience!

Two stars because the cashiers are always friendly & helpfuland I like that the store is open 24 hours. The pharmacy is a big disappointment. I have asked for a prescription to be transferred multiple times. The receiving pharmacy has also requested twice. Yet many days go by with no fax sent. I have given up calling the pharmacy after being on hold for 16 minutes each time with no one ever answering the phone. Perhaps this is a case of understaffing but I'm going to look into mail order or another pharmacy.

I do not recommend going to MinuteClinic for any health concerns. You are better off finding a local doctor who has walk in service. I have been calling a chasing the Nurse Practitioner all week for medication, but she will not respond to the Pharmacist or my calls. She said she would fill my prescription after I got my lab work completed and it was sent to her office a week ago. Someone from MinuteClinic confirmed they had the lab results, and I have been calling and leaving numerous of messages for the Nurse Practitioner and someone from the pharmacy gave her a note to call me, but I still have not heard back from the Nurse Practitioner. Also, they do not have a direct phone number to the local offices so you have to leave messages with the Call Center. Very poor service.

CVS is the number one place to buy all of your pharmaceutical products. Fair pricing and accommodating when needed. There are many CVS Store options in this area. We like this one since it's seems to be closer in proximity and also we have yet to have any issues with long wait times and follow-up to any of our questions.
