Is just ridiculous how almost every person that works there towards the night shift is mentally ill or has horrible communication skills, frustrated for whatever reason when we ask for help. Simple fact that not one single person in there can help themselves with their system, Consistently calling over a team member to come help the individual with the situation and then gets frustrated because they don’t know what to do. Just need you guys to do better, choose a better shift or whatsoever.

Product was stickered with some useless CVS sticker that won’t come off!! Breaking a nail tying to scrap it off and now I’m just pissed off! RIDICULOUS!!! And I bought two so now it’s double trouble!!!

The old male Indian cashier is as rude as he can be. My coupon was not working and he checked to find out, then told me "You should know that!". His employee who I talk to First didn't even know the reason yet he expects a customer to know it. Also when things are on sale, they haven't put the sale sticker on the shelf like they're supposed to. I'll never come to this CVS location ever again!

I went there simply to get supplies to do my nails. Next thing I know I went to checkout. The guy at the register insisted that I come to him. He was EXTREMELY rude to me after i’m sitting there explaining to him that I would like to use self checkout because i’m on the phone and i currently don’t feel like talking to other people. He then proceeded to tell me he wouldn’t serve me just because i was sitting there trying to use self checkout to make sure I could use my coupons correctly because the other people can tend to mess up and clearly that was a problem. I just don’t understand why I couldn’t simply use what was there when offered because I was in need of it. Mind you i’ve been going here for my whole life.

This pharmacist is the worst she’s the rudes person behind a counter. Has no class does t care about the people in pain.. I wish I could give 0 stars the worse place to go pick up medications.. please beware switch right now when you can. I feel sorry for people working with her

This is by far the worst Pharmacy in all of Palm Beach. Mostly because a woman named Cristian who is always angry, rude, and always wants to be right. My prescription was sent and confirmed by my primary physician for having a cracked rib. She said she never received it. I had the Dr on the line and she said, sir, I don't care if he says he sent it I don't have it OK. I got upset because of her attitude and she said now you can tell your Doctor to send it to another pharmacy because I'm not doing it?!?! Unbelievable. This woman should not be working at a pharmacy. Sees me in pain and no compassion. She has treated my wife horribly also in the past and just the other day I saw her mistreat an elderly man. Cristian or Kristen is her name! Do not come here!!!

I have been shopping at this CVS since it was built. I have been a loyal customer for years. It is in a convenient location, and offers an array of products to suit my needs. I also use extra bucks and digital coupons through your extra care portal on your app. I was just in the store this morning. Thank you CVS.

The older man who works at the front is possibly the rudest cvs employee I have ever encountered. He was leaning over the front counter and staring directly at me and my sons while I rang up my purchase in self check out. He was not looking at the man next to us in self check out, just us. When I asked the man what he was doing he said something about needing to watch.
I’m not sure why he wanted to lean over to watch my sons and me but it was so obvious he was watching just us that I felt deeply embarrassed and uncomfortable. My only thought was perhaps it was because sons are biracial or perhaps this man is rude to every mother that comes in CVS. Regardless it was unacceptable. He certainly wasn’t treating the man at the self checkout next to me this way; he only leaned over the counter to watch when my sons and I walked up. This cvs employee was rude and does not need to work around the
public.

Always a great experience at this CVS location! Today Miss Bre greeted me with a big smile and was so friendly when I came to pickup 2 prescriptions. She even helped me fill 4 more prescriptions I had to drop off and then answered some additional questions about my insurance. She was patient and kind the entire time. Thank you Bre for your exceptional customer service today!! Keep up the great work! :-)

Why bother having a pharmacy when all the most basic medications are never in stock. Not to mention a “pharmacist” who rolls her eyes when she actually has to do anything other than count pills which I don’t understand why you would bother becoming one if you don’t actually care about people and/or their health issues. Never again.

Pharmacist at cashier is inconsoderate. A LENGTHY conversation with the person in line in front of me, for no reason other than to slow the line down to a crawl.
