What a mess. Employees on the phone,unclean eating area, literally coffee on the counter dripping into a puddle on the floor, which all the employees see and ignore Full trash cans behind the counter and in the small dining area, bad attitudes, horrible service, all staff should be replaced.

Ordered an everything bagel (nothing on it and not cut) and received a toasted soggy dripping with butter bagel. How could a simple order be messed up like this.

A week ago I went to go pick up my pick up order and while waiting I saw a muslim lady with a head covering making the drinks and she was coughing without covering her mouth so she was coughing into the drinks… and they forgot an item in my order too.

Everytime I go to this Dunkin they are unorganized. The manager is constantly reprimanding the employees in front of customers. The employees move at a "sloths" pace with no sense of urgency. They process orders with not organization or order. The atmosphere is unpleasant. And forget about getting a donut after say 11am. I guess when they dropped the name 'donuts' from their name they meant it.
