Everytime I visit this store I find something new. ECCO shows are the most comfortable dress I have ever found. I basically wear an ECCO every day.
Roxanna and Brady are also helpful and friendly. They always go out of their way to assist and are very knowledgeable about the ECCO brand.

Visited Echo store after positive experience with Echos before. It’s difficult for me to find shoes that fit and feel comfortable, so there was a lot of sizing and sampling going on. I came in at a shift change and never felt rushed or pressured. Brady was very very helpful in helping me find the right shoes. He was knowledgeable and had a keen eye for style. I actually bought a pair that he was sporting! It’s obvious he takes this product and his responsibilities at Echo seriously. Kaina stayed and an extra 30 minutes to make sure I was taken care of, and the mound of boxes were properly put away! A couple of fine employees that made the experience and 90 minute drive worthwhile. We purchased 3 pairs of shoes and some inserts. Brady expertly answered our questions comparing a couple of the “in-house” restaurants, which not surprisingly turned into a stellar recommendation!

Brady was such a pleasure to work with as I considered the best shoes for being on my feet all day. I found the first pair I purchased to be so comfortable, I called Brady up the next day to say I would be back for another pair, and he couldn’t have been more gracious and kind, even cleaning and polishing the shoes I had worn for the first time at work that day. Thanks to Brady and his equally kind manager. A+ customer service!

Brady is so helpful and kind. I really feel like he goes out of his way and you can tell he is passionate and knowledgeable about the product. He was also able to help multiple groups of customers with patience and grace. I hope he is there the next time we are in.

I bought a pair of Ecco shoes online 4 months ago, the stitching on top of the shoe failed. I called this store and told them what happened. The lady said I could return them at the store and gave me the hours. I drove up from Palm Beach and they said they could not accept damaged shoes. They costed $184. I will never buy them again.

Just shopped with Brady! Amazing customer service and knowledge of the product. He helped me get the best fit and searched for a shoe he did not have in stock. I will come back there again and again, especially if Brady is working!!!!! Brady is a keeper for sure!!! Love my Ecco’s - my husband won’t wear anything else.
