have had problems with account and unless I go in (which use to mean I had to make an appointment taking off work) no one helps. I used the messageing feature and not one of my many messages were EVER answered. I called and the lady told me to download the link she sent me so she could access information. ?? Didn't work and I never heard of the link. Feels very unsafe when there is a question or problem. Had a problem a few years ago where my tax form didn't get to me and they refused (3 different people) to give me a copy!

Terrible just close this place down people are here just for the hourly pay computers are always down how are you a bank? Must be running up on dial up internet good look trying to talk to someone seems only one person working at a time and get ready for all the attitude just hire some else who knows how to use Windows 95 and up since the computers are always down

Good luck contacting them. There are no options to reach a person at there number. I have spent weeks leaving messages, writing emails and contacting Melissa at 1201 who was in charge of my loan. Zero contact and zero updates. They are rated 1 on yelp, I should of went elsewhere.
