Spent about 2 or 3 hours here viewing all the items. Lots of CDs, Vinyls (although no rock n roll). Lots of lightning fixtures, frames, furniture and plumbing supplies. Some clothes. The restrooms were super clean, the staff very friendly, the staff seemed very happy working there and they celebrate employees birthdays. Prices are like other thrift stores. The manager is super cool and makes people feel welcomed. There is a drink machine on premises with a great selection of sodas, fruit drinks, frapachino drinks and even protein drinks.

What a great experience!! Looking for some kitchen cabinets for an affordable housing project and Crystal went out of her way by calling some of their other locations to look for specific sizes for these tiny homes. Excellent, and kind customer service!

There is a wide variety of things, but most are not priced and Employees are pricing things off the top of their heads

The prices are ridiculously high, and the store is an absolute mess. Yesterday I used the disgusting bathroom and there was zero toilet paper. This store used to be one of my favorites (before the fire), but now I leave in a bad mood every time I go. They would make so much more money if they would lower prices and thus make more space so everything could be organized better.

Visit this place a couple of times they do have nice things but the prices a little ridiculous if u ask me They do make prices up as they go because the lady try to charge $400 for a little wood table and I keep seeing everyone in the reviews complaining about the prices why not change that and how can you do for the community if no one is buying the product because it’s too high the same cabinets the man complained about in the other review is still in the store let’s do better for the community by lowering the prices if these big companies are donating them help the community by giving it away for a reasonable price they will come back if they see that the prices are good, but if the price are Insane and you’re just making them up as you go, I don’t think people will come back remember, no customers no money no money no company have a blessed day

The dark cabinets in the pictures are of my kitchen, I came to habitat “for humanity” hoping to find used cabinets at reasonable prices.
I had a $500 budget.
Everything is $3,500 and up, not willing to break up set, sets are for huge huge houses…
After asking for 3 base cabinets and 2 top ones, the price was $2,300!!!!
I can buy them in homedepot for less brand new.
Are these donated items?
Why are the prices so high?
Used too…
What’s going on.
Extremely disappointing to have “habitat for humanity” represented like that this… I’ve volunteered for a building a house in the past… I wonder if the people got charged?
Now you can’t get ven trust “non-profits” like this… because this is a huge profit on donated stuff.
This is insane!
Can these nonprofits get audited?

It is indeed, like many previous reviews have reported, highly over priced. I found a small dinning set that has dirty cushions for 400. I prefer to buy that piece on line brand new. Don’t think I’ll waste my time again stopping at that store. Also a few people in the store at the time I was browsing were saying the same thing so it wasn’t just my opinion.

I am severally disappointed in most of the Habitat Restores in the Palm Beach area. I have noticed the past few times I have gone to any Habitat Restore the employees use google lens to determine prices (right in front of me) and tend to price as if the items are in a boutique store already. Most items in these stores tend to need some level of restoration. I understand they are a not for profit and the proceeds go to a good cause but asking $375-$500 for a 30 year old dresser (for example) that needs refinishing because they saw one for sale on Etsy or some other site is not how a thrift store should operate. Thrift stores are also meant to help members of the community have access to affordable items and at these price points I don’t believe this organization is doing that. This, I find, is the most disappointing thing about how these stores operate especially since they receive all items free through donations. I hope they learn from what happened to Goodwill and their recent issues with pricing.

Terrible customer service. Depends on the day price changes. I was quoted one price for tiles came back 4 weeks later paid $10 more. They are abrasive, rude, don’t have any customer and human skills. Definitely unpleasant place to shop. They said quote “ I like to argue” that is not how you speak to a repeat customer.
