“I was really surprised there was nobody there to help pick up the furniture. The people on the floor are mostly women and they’re not capable of doing that $100 for a delivery fee. I live 20 miles away. I thought that was crazy the person soaking the chair was great. Everybody was friendly. The workmanship on the chairs aren’t like they used to be 40 years ago. I still have one and it works great I’ve been through these new rockers do nothing but make noise. Thank you”

“While visiting friends in Palm Beach Gardens, I went along with my friend because she was bringing something to Consign. While browsing, I asked if there were any bars which my husband and I had been searching for online in CT. (which we couldnt find in any CT store) I found the most beautiful Bar and Stools and inquired about shipping. Such a great price, better than anything online. We ended up purchasing and by the time we got home it was delivered the next day in perfect condition. We LOVE IT and so do all our family and friends. Can't wait for our next visit back!”

“My late husband and I have purchased numerous items from BPB. Hubby purchased business holiday gifts, me, fun stuff! We have always had luck with whatever we chose.I just purchased a couch, which by the way I love, a piece of artwork, which my (other) interior designer said was/is fabulous, and a file cabinet for my office. Steven came over and offered suggestions, with Sean chiming in with his thoughts. Both are always helpful in offering suggestions to what will/won’t look right.It took about 4 weeks for my custom couch to come in. So worth the wait. The artwork was already at the store, the file cabinet took less than a week to get. They held both pieces at the store until the couch was in store/warehouse so I would only pay one white glove delivery charge. Thank you!Nothing was inexpensive, but you pay for what you get! I got quality pieces which I will love for years to come!Thank you Steven, Sean and Jenna for always smiling and being so helpful!!”

“People go to department stores and are completely nasty and rude ... I go to Ross on Northlake alot. I remember the Johnna Whelihan situation. The security guard let her know the DOLLY could not go outside ... Everyone knows the carts don't go outside due to the pole, it was a DOLLY ... She let her know she couldn't allow her to take it out her manager told her and she did try to solve it by calling the manager. Those ladies was rude, she was asked how they would carry it to the car she said unfortunately her job doesn't let her go outside and that made them even more angry and rude. People get greeted and don't even acknowledge those guys at the front. And then get online with a bad review. The nerves of people. Ross needs more cashier's and managers that care about how they staff are being treated. Angie is rude, Nadia is rude, Raymond is rude and the store manager let them be that way. That's the only thing to be fixed.”

I went in here on a whim just looking for ottomans or poofs to accent my living space. I met the sweetest person in Michelle, she was able to help me compliment the pillows I selected, was friendly throughout the experience, and made sure I was happy.

She offered some decorating tips, which I was hesistant but she was right "yellow does make it pop," when added to blues/greys.
She is exceptional at her job and definitely deserves the recognition!

I went to check out and met Nikki, she was sweet, caring, considerate and just an overall breath of fresh air and positivity.
I appreciated her smile, her advice, and overall her calming presence (I was going through a rough time) and she checking out a more enjoyable seamless experience!

Customer service and help I received here was great!
First Alice was helpful, efficient and nice to help me to do a return for a gift that didn't work for me. Greg is one of the managers and he was nice and accommodated Alice to provide me excellent service. The next day, another manager, Brad went out of his way to help me find the outdoor rug I seriously have been searching for, feels like forever! It was in stock but couldn't be found, so I said I would like the display one, and it was mine! He also helped my sister with questions and concerns about barstools, delivery and pickup options for her new Florida home! He is nice, efficient, diligent and friendly!

Last but not at all least; Sirica, she has the best energy, is super helpful, made shopping fun and efficient for us! She has a great personality, sense of humor and all during the checkout process.
It just helps the customer when the staff are fun and helpful!
She is a hard worker and makes sure you are happy with your purchases before you leave the store.

Overall, I think this store has a great group of workers, the items and prices are way better than what I have seen in other stores or online. The variety and quality is what we were looking for and we found it. Thank you”

“I am not a creative person so I took my new vase to the Pottery Barn store in the Gardens Mall when a sales associate named Chris asked if she could help. I was relieved and pointed out some of the florals I had selected and showed her the vase I purchased elsewhere. She offered to assist and the result was better than I imagined and I have received several compliments. Resembles the arrangement I saw in a high end store priced at $500.00.
