The best customer service and the greatest Johnston and Murphy in the state. You must visit when Marshall is there. He is very knowledgeable about the brand and goes above and beyond to make you feel good about buying from Johnston and Murphy.

Very poor service I was double charged for shoes and they would not do a refund in the store I had to call corporate office which is not my job the store made the mistake and now I have to wait 7 to 10 business days for a refund very bad attitude towards me will never do business at any of their stores

Poor customer service on DEFECTIVE shoes. Only requested an exchange for same item- manager was unable to do because no profile on their system. He found the purchase- but because we do not like to disclose info for solicitation- they refuse to replace defective shoes. Do NOT shop here! Quality has really gone down!
