“I had my two bathtubs done and I love them! The existing tubs were starting to rust through and one even leaked and caused a lot of damage to my kitchen and spare room but not anymore!! Oscar did a fantastic job and worked his rear off! One bathroom was done Wednesday and the other today (Friday). They were flexible and convenient and super friendly and Oscar was on time both days and was just so friendly. Thanks Oscar!!! I forgot to take a before picture of the spare bathroom but the finished/last picture is the after photo already in use!”

“I worked with a few people as our kitchen was being remodeled. The installation went very well. The team was professional and very careful with the pieces. We were pleased with the outcome! We had a small chip (our fault) and we were so worried! Jenny came out right away and remedied the issue. You can't see it anymore! Most recently, I called her to ask about the caulking around the drop in sink. I felt like mildew kept showing up because it was hard to keep that small corner dry. Jenny came over with another colleague and they redid the caulking around the sink. It is perfect now, it even reduced the space that held moisture and had mildew. It is so much easier to wipe clean and it stays clean looking! Jenny is very caring and stands by her company's work. Excellent quality and workmanship!”

“Overall everything was good. After they measured I believe they forgot to call me to schedule an appointment to install my countertops, so I waited abount 3 1/2 weeks to have them installed. Also, they scratched my new cabinets. I will buy from them again.”

We probably could have done it cheaper at a big box store, but...We are big supporters of small, family owned businesses. The quality of the product, and the service from Grandview were priceless. Any time we had an issue or a problem (which were few, and minor), Joel was very quick to respond, and resolved any and all issues quickly and professionally. They treated the job as if it was their own house. They wanted it to be something to be proud of and something you want to show off.I would definitely recommend Grandview Kitchens to anyone thinking about a remodel. Even if you do have an account they're 20% more than other vendors It's just corporate . They offer delivery on most orders over a certain dollar amount, Don't expect to get one piece of pipe delivered . If you're trying to buy Plumbing tools avoid the Raptor brand. Dollar for dollar it's uncomparable to Pasco and other manufacturers of identical better made products.”

“Just like any Williams Sonoma, but with one key difference, Suzi R. She was so helpful and wonderful. To be honest I was dressed kinda shabby due to my day of a lot of travel and not intending to go into a high end kitchen store, but hey, life happens right?My mother and I went to browse and ended up liking a ton of stuff in there and we decided to purchase a few things here and there.The only thing I wasn't a fan of was another lady who worked in the store kinda hurrying her a long so she could get help answering phones and stocking things or something other workers in there could do pretty easily. Suzi remained super cool telling her over and over that she was assisting us in buying some pretty nice kitchen knives, which we bought 4. I appreciated her ability to assist us while also managing someone who doesn't know how to read the room. It's a talent and skill to which Suzi has, which reflects in her extensive background in hospitality and banking.I'm sure that the other lady is very nice, probably overworked and had a lot of stress and that's unfortunate for her as it is for all, retail workers.”
