I have been a member of LA Fitness for six years, and I want to express my concerns about a staff member named R.S. His communication with customers, especially during gym closure times, has been consistently rude and unprofessional. I've chosen not to use that gym anymore solely because of R.S.'s behavior. Instead, I now go to another LA Fitness location. I believe the unprofessionalism of this staff member may be causing your gym to lose numerous customers.

The cleanliness of this gym is atrocious. Absolutely disgusting locker room. Trashed. Biohazardous. I'm never coming back to this location

I have been taking my son here for about two years now I came in today as I always do with him and the man at the front stopped my son and was very rude to my son and told him he cannot come in n he needs to leave now my son does look younger than his age But he should not have assumed That he did not have any type of medical issue he just kicked him out. LA fitness Without even acknowledging his condition, the employee stated his name was Robbin skipp. I then proceeded to tell him about my son, and what was going on. He did not want to hear anything and told us to just leave. I have never had an issue with any of the employees or staff here I just think it is very rude and very unkind, especially the condition my son has. He thought it was funny but it was not my son cried all he wants is to work out to be health enough to live passed his condition

Been going here over a decade. Love the equipment and the cardio area. Bring back your pre-covid hours, add one more squat rack and I'll change to 5 stars.

When I started the training I was under the assumption that there would be goals and a clear path to follow, setup by the trainer or sales, and shared with me. Nothing has been handled properly. On October 23rd I paid in full so I can do my training sessions two times per week until finished, as discussed. However, for 2 weeks after I paid in full, my trainer had nothing but excuses for not showing and rescheduling. This is not what I signed up for. I have already set goals and figured out how I will get there and have no need for your services. I will not work with unprofessional staff and waste my time and money. At $127 per hour you all should be ashamed of your staff. If my training is not cancelled and I am not refunded the sessions I have not used, I will hire an attorney. I have been ignored, called a liar, logged in for a session I was not there for, sessions cut short, and put off for more than 2 weeks of training after I paid in full. My training has not been taken seriously by your staff and you expect your customer to want to train with another staff member? I have had multiple experiences recently with your staff of children who do not take their job seriously. I want the $1400 of sessions I will NOT be using refunded to me. This has been going on for 2 months now! I have tried to resolve this with headquarters already and called a liar. Last time I checked when services are no longer being used money is refunded by the business. If this is not resolved in a timely manor I will be retaining an attorneyLet’s not forget this location is extremely dirty. The bathrooms haven’t been cleaned properly forever. The bathroom stalls have caked dust and dirt lining them and the entire bathroom is rusted and rotting. Smells like something is dead too. ?

aggressive patrons and no gym etiquette. patrons play music and shadowbox in the sauna, weights are unfindable since theyre never put away, and indifferent staff that enables behavior, patrons also take pics of other patrons, for god knows what

For a few days I've been going to this gym with my daughter and when I go they don't let her in and the computer man starts to not be nice to me or my daughter and I don't accept that. I pay so that my daughter can go. I put in a family member and they still won't let her go. The children's room is closed so they won't let us in. I recommend that you please check first to ensure that your children can go before paying.

Equipment is falling apart and basketball court has been closed for about 4 months. It doesn’t look like they are doing anything towards re opening basket court . Facility is going down hill !

Staff is helpful and friendly but the facility is disgusting. Dirty broken worn equipment. Bathrooms are almost as bad as a gas station in the middle of the woods, and the basketball courts have been out of order for several months.
