Brian at Labcorp is an absolute LEGEND. After Quest Diagnostics butchered my draw and my doctor’s office staff fumbled the ball like it was their first day on Earth, I walked into Labcorp ready for war. Enter Brian – my NY Compadre in scrubs. Zero wait. Three minutes flat. Perfect stick on a full metabolic panel, zero pain, zero drama. Dude saw the chaos I’d just escaped, flashed that New York “I got you” grin, and handled business like a boss. Quest who? Doctor’s office who? Brian just restored my faith in bloodwork and reminded me why New Yorkers run the world – even when we’re 1,200 miles south. If you want it done fast, done right, and with that unmistakable Big Apple swagger… go see Brian. The man’s a national treasure and my personal hero. Drop this and watch Brian frame it above his station.

I usually go early morning w/ an appointment & seen very quickly. Brian is very courteous & painless in the blood draw. I’m glad I discovered Labcorp for my every 3 month blood draws.

For the few minutes I’ve was there, the one staff member I met was very kind and informative, but informed me that this location does not do basic drug tests. I don’t know if maybe at one point they did, because the business that I work for sent me to that location.No disrespect to anyone who works there, but I just feel like it’s such a basic lab service that should be provided.

The first time I came here was great. In and out, a breeze. The next two times I tried to get a longer test done, they couldn't find a way to make it work because of their lunch break. I finally went to a different location and they got it done immediately. Not sure if it was a staffing issue (there seemed to only be one person) or a "you look like you'll be a hard draw so I'm not going to prioritize you" situation.

Great location! Technician was very sweet, gentle and informative. I was in and out within 1520 minutes. Which was perfect because I was on my way to a dental appointment. My only issue was with a feeling that was exposed with rusty, fluffy, substance visible. Not a good look for a metaphor environment

I had an appointment yesterday for bloodwork and the first thing I noticed that not everyone had their mask on as requested. My biggest complaint is that the individual taking my blood wrapped my arm so tight with the tape that it cut-off my circulation leaving my arm with red marks, and this morning my arm is sore. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the problem because I had a jacket on covering my arm until I came home about three in the afternoon. This individual can also work an her attitude very unfriendly and careless taking your blood by pushing the needle too far when attaching the tube causing more pain then necessary. This is why I hate my bloodwork drawn.

A small second-floor office by the elevator where you can get in and out pretty quickly - there is a check-in station and the girl there (Rochelle) calls you in after a few minutes.. she's very friendly and always has a smile and a kind word to assuage any fears you may have.. I don't like getting needles poked in me, but she does a really good job of making things go smoothly and quickly.. and the result come back really fast, I was surprised..

Rude impatient site coordinator. I had two orders from two doctors. She said I was only supposed to bring one order at a time. She said I was taking up too much time and I was setting her behind.
