Happened to drop by simply out of curiosity was pleasantly surprised with their wide and wonderful selection top notch service and professional attitude landed up buying gifts for all the tiny tots I know would definitely recommend this as a one stop shop for gifts and learning tools for kids thank you all for such a great experience

Went in a couple of times. Bought a couple of things and for the most part it’s all very decent. One of the most clean toy stores around. However, while being in the store i can hear them talk down about other stores selling fake items yet i got this… heavily disappointed.

Don’t order anything custom painted! It’s nothing like it was years back. I purchased a piggy bank for a baby and expected it to have flowers and butterflies with the name…it had one flower and the name was huge! Took up the whole side of the pig. I was embarrassed when I watched them open it. They didn’t even paint the face. I’ve had several done here years ago but should have went to the children’s store downtown gardens, much better. They actually take their time and do a beautiful job.

This was such a great store! I didn’t know about , everything was organized and they even do free gift wrapping which was a life saver as I was on my way to a bday party. My only complaint was while I was being checked out by a lady who had curly dark hair with glasses was extremely rude to her employer ( tall blonde girl) . I was uncomfortable to watch and I wish I spoke up about that in person. I would not want to be spoken to that way especially in front of customers.

This toy store is more than just a toy store! It is a family run business that truly cares about their customers and quality learning toys for children. They not only wrapped my gifts, they were closed and still encouraged me to shop and told me to take my time. The shelves were full with only four days left until Christmas! I was impressed with the selection of toys, quality of toys, and the service.

I was looking for presents for my nieces overseas and was very pressed for time before leaving for my trip. I called learning express knowing they always always offer great service and have the best educational toys and sure enough they did not disappoint. The manager was so extremely helpful. Made wonderful suggestions and by the time I came to the store, all the presents were wrapped and all I had to do was give her my credit card. Thank you so much for offering such wonderful products and wonderful service, and the best of friendly customer service , I sure will be back.
