My words are many...but few required to share the BEST POSSIBLE care when my family arrived for their appointments with Kimberley and Stacy.These ladies run a truly remarkable business while standing as ambassadors- give them a raise. I am beyond impressed! My parent's who may be lean towards needy and a tough sale....the idea of sale was never present...they created both an experience, as well as, forever clients. Par excellence!!!Owners....give Kimberley and Stacy a raise..maybe some gratis and a pat on the shoulder for their dedication and excellence.

It is very convenient location, you can enjoy shopping mall ambiance, including food mart, and get your examination done in one place. It was easy to make an appointment online. However, there was some mess-up with insurance, and one initially entered was not being accepted, but I had two and second worked. This was corrected on the phone, so it is nice I did get call in advance to clarify insurance eligibility, acceptance.I showed up on time, filled lengthy questionnaire, and waited to be called in. And waited, and waited. The difference between appointment time and the start of the examination was about 50min. The examination itself was a bit weird, not sure why all this things were done, no explanation from staff, just do this do that and move on aka get lost. Finally, the optometrist himself showed up, and I was asked questions "better or worse" over and over again. That is ok, I know the drill.As I was walking out and paying for extras not included in the insurance, I asked that the results of the examination should be send to my email. The receptionist say, yes, we have you email.Well, I got email in a few days, but instead of requested glass prescription, it was on of these marketing, spam email: "How satisfied are you with our service" etc., etc. Then in a few days another spam email, and another and another. I have not gotten my prescription after few weeks of waiting, and I know I will never get it.How am I satisfied with the service? I am not satisfied. This is a typical place that will disregard you and your time, treat like a thing not a human, and rub it in with spam in you email box. This the place that does not care about customers or patients.

The LensCrafters newly designed store is beautiful and very customer friendly. I specifically go to this store because Tammy is working there. She is knowledgeable, helpful, humorous and kind. If I could give her six stars I would! She quickly replaced my broken frames adjusted them and got me on my way. Thank you for your stellar service Tammy!

Zero stars if I could. I worked at a LensCrafters. There is no customer service here. If a person comes in for an adjustment you should sit down across from the client, listen to the problem & have them put the glasses on to see where they should be adjusted. I asked for a deep clean which we did. She just shook her head No & said we can spray clean. That’s the worst cleaning. Just use Dawn dish soap. It doesn’t smear. My glasses are now lopsided and I couldn’t see out of the. They smeared my facial oils all over my Lenses. Don’t go. Not a single person Said Welcome to LensCrafters How Can I Help You. Standard protocol. Engraved in to you day two training. I should know. Go back to your IPad training videos.

Derron Pinder was outstanding! From the moment I entered the store, he gave his undivided attention and helped me pick out a small pair of frames to suit my face. He was knowledgable and professional. His store was immaculate and he knew a great deal about all of the glasses brands and styles. This was an exchange within 30 days from a different store. He was instrumental in getting me a full refund from the previous store and ended up saving me more than $50 on a new pair of glasses with more expensive frames.Win/win!!

UPDATE!!LensCrafters did follow-up with me. After spending approximately $650 on one pair of eyeglasses over one year ago they offered to replace them and give me a $50 discount!!! I don’t mean to imply $50 is a nice gesture, but it came across as too little, too late.After years of using them this has caused us to never use them again and ask others not to as well. It’s crazy to spend that kind of money and a year later not be able to see out of the lenses!!Worst ever. Paid over $600 for eyeglasses that lasted 16 months. I went in to get frames adjusted…no help there. Asked why my scratch resistant lenses were scratches and they blamed me for how cleaned them. Told the sales lady I only used there product! Very dismissive and rude staff. Going elsewhere from now on.Worst ever. Paid over $600 for eyeglasses that lasted 16 months. I went in to get frames adjusted…no help there. Wery disappointed I have to look for difrend storeTey were the best before 2016There progressive glasses made me fall and hurt my self so I went back to contact lenses3 pairs no successFirst ript in hand second pair wery tick and third pair got stuck in my eye I couldn't get it out ,it was painful, they said come back it will be $95Won't be back.
