I have been a member of this gym since it first opened. The building itself is very nice and it is in a great location, however, the way it is managed needs a lot of work. First of all, there is not nearly enough equipment on the third floor to accommodate all of the members. There are far too many cardio machines that take up half of the space they have. The entire setup of the third floor is inefficient and feels very crammed. I find that I often have to find random corners of the gym to workout using dumbbells only because all the machines are being used. This wouldn’t normally be a big problem for me, however, there seem to be many “rules” at this gym that limit what the members can and can’t do, and also where they can or can’t workout. This seems to be an issue with the training manager NATALIA. I know other members who have also personally felt targeted by her, and who agree that she comes off as unprofessional and rude. Considering the price we pay every month, there should be better accommodations for the members.

Arrogant gym, they give tours but will not allow you to try out a machine even for 5 minutes. You want to charge $300 for a membership but not allow a guest to try out equipment? No one wants to workout somewhere that is stuck up and arrogant. You are better of joining LA Fitness in Jupiter.

Shocked by these reviews. People are so rude and entitled around here! It’s a gym. The classes are awesome, weights area is smaller, the tours are hit or miss if there is an extra person at the desk, food is fine for a gym, clean for a gym. I have met some really cool people there and if you think the parking is bad, try living in an actual city and going to the gym with a car. The short walk from your car to the front door is good for a warm up. The roof pool is almost always empty, coffee bar area is really nice, there’s a cold plunge and a spa! Facials and massages, beauty treatments and hair dressers. There is a chiro but it’s way over priced, and the massage beds and compression boots are free. Pilates is extra. I really like it! Happy I found a nice gym.

I’ve been a member since they opened. Very much enjoy the club. There have been some issues that do not seem to be getting better.- understand that this is not an “athletic country club” as they advertise. It is a nice fitness club.-Management picks and chooses which policies to enforce on which day for various members. Zero consistency.Similar management issues have resulted in significant staff turnover.-The staff is not empowered to get things done or make things happen on their own. For example, even if I point out a written policy, they need to check with their general manager to get something done.-while the team at the café & bar are wonderful, the food itself has declined significantly in quality.-

This is the best gym in the area at this time. Unquestionably, Lifetime coming to Palm Beach Gardens is a welcome site. For quite some time, all we had was LA fitness, which has gone down in quality over the years. The gym itself is in a brand new building, and is well-maintained. There are other reviews that mention dust and dirt, which is clearly visible in their pictures. However, I have never witnessed this place being at all dirty, in fact, I see them cleaning it regularly and I would say it's a very clean gym and maintained exceptionally well. The staff that work there are very friendly and attentive. The gym equipment itself is top notch, which is to be expected given the high price point. The classes provided are also wonderful, although I have only had a chance to participate in about a third of the available classes so far. Some of my favorites that I would recommend are barre, upper RX and hot yoga. The recovery area is also a great addition and regularly used by the gym patrons. It offers many tools to use for post-workout stretching, hydro massage, & Normatec compression boots for circulation. The Pickleball court is located in the back area of the weight floor and seems to always have at least a few games going. I am not a regular player, but people seem to be enjoying themselves. The rooftop pool is on the smaller side but it's heated and always has room poolside to lay down and relax while having great views of downtown palm beach gardens. There is also a bar with food upstairs that appears to get regular use. I have not yet tried it, but I will say if the food is anything like the cafe on the first floor then I am a fan. With regards to the locker rooms, as far as I'm concerned they are well-maintained, and clean. Of course, this does slightly vary by the time of day, and depending on how busy it was, but I believe that the staff does a good job keeping up with the cleanliness. Towels are provided and replenished regularly. The toiletries are of decent quality though. nothing to necessarily write home about. The sauna and hot tub area is my favorite of the whole building. It is also located next to a steam room and cold plunge for all of your health and recovery needs. These are in the men & women's locker rooms but additionally there is a hot tub and pool located on the first floor outside of the locker rooms if you decide you want to chit chat with your guy & girl friends at once. The monthly rate is $299 right now, but given all that it has to offer, I do believe it's worth the price. We also travel often and get to go to any lifetime in the US without paying any additional fees.

Not just your ordinary gym, a destination. Best classes, equipment, café, and restaurant. Well worth the cost of membership.

Had the displeasure of visiting this club on 11/2 in the early afternoon. I was greeted by a snooty receptionist. I asked to see their pool. I was told I would need an appointment to do so. i said alright let's make one for today. I was in formed they had no openings to show me around for several days ( mind you I just wanted to see the pool). When I asked for a manger, I was told there were not any in the building, so I left. As someone who was a member of Lifetime in Scottsdale AZ and enjoyed my experience, I would say avoid this location at all costs.

After going to many lifetime gyms throughout the country; this one is the gold standard. For me it is worth every dollar we pay for the monthly dues. The workers at the club are extremely friendly and always helpful. Layout of the gym is very very nice. The most important thing to me is the cleanliness is the best. Other lifetimes should take note of how the PBG location maintains its club - Always immaculately clean (especially the locker rooms). Keep up the great work!

Amazing gym and spa facility. I think it may be one of the best in the USA. Clean and endless amenities. Roof top pool too.

Beautiful gym and amenities. I signed up for personal training with Aaron B and Savannah. I followed his plan already lost 4lbs in 2 weeks and starting to see muscle definition. Then i started working out with Savannah another personal trainer at Lifetime. She thoroughly explained each work out machine and taught me so i am able to use her work out plan on my own since I travel a lot. She ks amazing as well. Love this place. Highly recommend!

While the gym itself may be nice the staff are AWFUL! Especially in childcare. I canceled my membership a few months after opening it because childcare was such a nightmare. Even when they were fully staffed they would make my six year old sit in the baby section or sit at a desk and color because the staff was to lazy and didn’t want to get off their butts and let him have fun and run around. I personally only signed up for this gym because of how great they made child care out to be. It was a scam. A bunch of lazy do nothing employees.

It cost $300 a month to be a member, this place should be spotless. The amount of dust and dried sweat on the machines are gross. The only clean parts are the parts members clean. What a shame. I was also shocked that teachers and students are allowed to video classes and post them on social media without members consent. That should not be allowed . If an Equinox was around I would join that. It is a much better experience. I hope lifetime can step it up with cleanliness, customer service and classes. They also need to go around and have someone check equipment. There were six treadmills that were not working yesterday and not one of them has a sign on them. I never see anyone walking around cleaning, I never see anyone available to help members. People bring large gym bags and they're all over the gym floor and no employee does anything about it. I saw someone trip on one the other day.

Mostly absolutely great! I recently decided that I was no longer interested in Eastpointe (country club ect) because this place is a genuine upscale experience. I would certainly rather spend my money at Life Time!!! :)

Beautiful & clean gym with a ton of great amenities and classes. My fiancé and I have been members since their opening, and the main complaint among members, and ourselves, is the GTX classes taking up half the gym during prime hours. Can we please find a new spot for this? There is a whole floor dedicated to classes that are just empty rooms most the time, and also just way too many cardio machines on the workout floor as well. The pricing for not having a basketball court, like most Life Time gyms, is way too high. There are definitely way better Life Time gyms across the country. This one is in desperate need of a redesign/additions for the current price.

FIX THE SAUNA. It is absolutely ridiculous that for $300/month, they can’t keep the sauna working. It is off almost 50% of the times I am there.Waste of time and money. Between closures, outages and faulty facilities
