I had to get a LP dress that my girlfriend really wanted on Valentine’s Day. I went to grab it, and found out they didn’t have the size she needed. The woman working there introduced herself as Nicole and immediately set to work trying to check the back for me. When they didn’t have it, she personally called another store and reserved the size for me, writing down the address and number. I drove to the other store and sure enough, they held it for me under my name. My girl loved the dress, and wore it out to dinner that night.Now that’s what I call service! Thanks Nicole!

I spent over $600 in this store the employees were very rude. I was charged for a tank top I didn’t even buy. They did issue me a refund, but you think they would make up for it by giving like a discount or something and no one ever came over to the dressing room to ask if I needed help or wanted to exchange any item. I will never go to this Lilly Pulitzer store again. I will go anywhere, but this one! Buyers beware.

Marla wasn’t helpful or very nice. I asked her if this store could wrap the items as they were for a gift and she stated she couldn’t for sale items? I’ve never heard of this before. I spent over 150$ and she can’t even wrap the items in tissue paper? I’ll be shopping elsewhere for gifts.

Love Lily but horrible experience in the PGA Florida location today with the gift wrapper in the front of the store and the manager. Holiday spirit ruined by being discriminated and treated unequally to the rest of the people in the store. As the gift wrapper was done packaging our items as a gift we asked why no ribbons were added to the gift boxes. She proceeded to say they ran out and there weren’t any left but large ribbons for lager boxes. As soon as we exit the store and turn around she was seen adding a ribbon to the same sized box we had but for another customer in the store. We confronted her and she continued to say she didn’t know there was anymore small ribbons left but yet remembered when packaging for another customer . The manager was called and it was a shame to find out that she was covering for her employee instead of putting the customer first. The manger proceeded to say she just got the smaller ribbons from the back when we literally had just stepped out of the store. Overall lily pulitzer it would be nice for your employees to be taught to treat everyone equally regardless of how they look or dress.

I always love shopping here. Great selection. Staff is always friendly. I never feel rushed. I highly recommend checking out this location. You never leave empty handed.

I have shopped here many times. I came in tonight before eight (closing). Tried on an outfit and was going to buy it. The salesperson didn't ask me if it fit. Didn't ask me how it did. Told me they closed at 8. It was 8:10. Ok. Sorry. I was going to buy it, but you're closed. Thanks for your customer service.

I needed a dress at the very last minute and this place saved the day! I found one that was exactly right and was in and out of there within 15 minutes. Absolutely perfect!

Taking online purchase back at this store was awkward. I had to stand a certain place as they took my return to the back. They didn’t want me standing at the desk. Just off-putting. So expensive here yet I felt like a j*** for returning something.

Colorful and happy 'Lilly' store with some pleasant sales people. Nice variety of the latest styles in a well-lit store. And the dressing room is super cute!
