I visited the store today to find an outfit for a dinner meeting at the end of the week, and my experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The customer service was poor, and the staff seemed uninterested and unmotivated. Instead of assisting customers, they were engaged in conversations among themselves, making the store feel disorganized and unwelcoming. No one offered to help, and I had to carry all my items to the dressing room myself. This was the worst experience I’ve had at this store— even outlet locations provide better service. The staff needs retraining and reevaluation, as the level of customer service was unacceptable.

Came in today just to shop around and Maria was so pleasant and nice to us! It was so refreshing to see her beautiful smile and kind disposition to us and the rest of the clientele. What an asset to the sales team!

Please note that whoever the manager is at the Palm Beach Gardens store today on 5/13/24 @ 3:43 pm racially profiled me and my mom because my mom wears a head scarf. When I asked to speak to the other manager, they wouldn’t let me. I had an issue that she wasn’t understanding and became defensive and asked me to leave the store. I didn’t raise my voice to her. Asking someone to leave the store is so degrading when they did not do anything. If anyone knows who I can contact to make a formal complaint please let me know. I called the store and asked to speak to the second manager and she came on and hung up the phone in my face. I have never encountered such blatant racism in my life.

The ladies here do not know their merchandise. I came in to exchange an item I got online.. they looked at me like I was from a different planet and said that they don't sell that in store and asked where I got it.. I told them I got it online... One girl had me following her all over trying to look for it while another woman was adamant they never had it in store. Then the girl said she'd check the back just in case... and of course it was in the back. The clothes were a mess. Many hangers and items out of place. It made it difficult to find what you're looking for. Overall, not a great experience.

customer service is very poor. I had purchased a sweater that apparently was final sale, but not marked as such nor was there a sign posted by the register of their policy. As I made my purchase I was not told by the sale clerk that this was a final sale. they offered me a gift receipt, but why? To add insult to injury when I tried to return it because It was the wrong size the manager took such delight in informing me that they could not refund the purchase neither an option of exchange or store credit was possible. The store Manager informed me that I could donate the sweater and sarcastically wished me a nice day. Not an experience I am ever going to repeat. There are lots of choices of Clothing stores.

Omg!! I always find great items to expand my wardrobe. My personal stylist lol Bibi the store manager and her team are friendly and know about how to make me look great in front of the camera for my brand!!!
