My experience at this Lovesac store was truly exceptional. Anne's assistance throughout the purchasing process was outstanding. Her patience and clear explanations made me feel completely at ease; she was not the typical salesperson you encounter at other retailers. Visited on a whim while shopping for sofas with my wife at a different location. Was on the fence about the sofa, so decided to visit this PGA Location. We ended up working with an amazing sales associate Anne. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient while my wife and I figured out exactly what we wanted. Without her, we wouldn't have bought the sofa!

She is timely and proactive with communication and actively listens to the concerns and feelings of her customers. She exercises critical thinking skills and empathy when engaging with customers. The Palm Beach Gardens showroom was clean and organized. The staff was welcoming, never pushy and very knowledgeable about their product. I was grateful Marcos took the time to explain the different configurations possible in my space. Once the items were delivered they followed up to ensure I was satisfied and had been able to set up my Sactional. This is the most comfortable piece of furniture I own.

This store is an absolute gem, and let me tell you, the customer service is a game-changer! If you want the VIP treatment, ask for Anne—she's the secret weapon here. Patient, knowledgeable, and downright helpful, she turned our casual visit into a love affair with Lovesac. As a newbie to the brand, I had more questions than answers, but Anne's patience and guidance made the experience a breeze. No hard sell here—just genuine care to ensure you leave with something you adore. Anne went above and beyond, from providing a quote to answering my endless questions post-store visit. Went back the next day and sealed the deal. Trust me, a visit to Anne and the Palm Beach Gardens Mall staff is a guaranteed delight. Cheers to you, Anne! ?

We just purchased a couch from there and WOW, what an experience! I worked with Anne who was consultative, patient and worked through all of my questions. Anne also worked out a deal that we couldn’t even build online! I would absolutely send any referral her way without a second thought.

I've had to lower my rating. ...they promise a 60day return policy...they've promised replacement shipping boxes for 2+ weeks ...today they tell me to call this number, who now says boxes on back order and check back in 2 weeks if not received. The original boxes were So torn and broken they couldn't be saved. They are not easy to put together with the covers etc like they say/show. Our covers barely attach and are still not flat. They said takes abt an hr to put together. We figured for them an hour but probably longer for us, it took us 8 hrs then the injury and we still not done. A piece fell on and severely bruised my foot we thought but was broken saw an orthopedic, a big boot and then a small. It's not as advertised save urself. The value just isn't there for $11k or with their sale to reduce the cost. SeamsIn the back stuffing that can be uncomfortably felt when sitting on the sofa. The seat cushions just don't fill out. We wait for the boxes to return, all say no return problem due to their delay, we hope and wait.

Great experience, very knowledgeable and helpful. We did a lot of the transactions over the phone and via text. We had already been in the store to select what we wanted. Marcos helped us pick everything out and customize it to fit a very specific space in our RV. I would recommend going to the store to make sure all the measurements work for you.
