Personally, i think lulu is way behind in quality and QC process. Purchased Zeroed In Slim-Fit Pant for men and they looked fine in the fitting room, however upon wearing them once, they seating way off with flaring pockets and one is higher than the other one. Obviously lulu wont take it back since it’s worn once and doesn't have tags, which at this price point they should!

I forgot my gym bag this morning and needed a set for pilates after work. I only had 30 minutes until class but Asia (pronounced ah-sia) helped me find what I needed in less than ten minutes! Amazing service!

Fire Bethany Scott. Anyone that has the amount of hate and attitude this girl has deserves to be fired. She body shames and makes hurtful comments to people that simply look different. No one that acts like that should be in customer service whatsoever.

Had the best experience here picking out a present for my dad! Laura D was so helpful in finding amazing options that he loved! She had expertise in the fit and style of all the items! She was so helpful and I cant wait to go back!

Laura was exceptionally helpful on a recent visit to the store at Palm Beach Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. I made a last-minute trip to get a few necessities for a trip and Laura provided me with genuinely great style and sizing advice while keeping to my core needs and eliminating any stress from the process. Laura was attentive but not hovering or pushing any unnecessary items to build a sale. I am appreciative as the items I purchased actually made my trip a lot more enjoyable being that I had the right items for the activities. Not thinking about the clothing choices allowed me to focus on the experience.

Completely and utterly ignorant and useless, not to mention a little bit of rude or a lot of bit should say. I tried to call to ask some questions, they usually never answer their phone however, today somebody did and the person that answered had no idea about their products and how are you going to work at Lululemon if you don’t know the products…. I know more about the products than this person did. I’m asking them what Was new being there today is drop day and of course like usual. The employees are awful.

I went into lululemon last week when I was approached by Laura for help. Laura was very knowledgable about the clothing product and helped me from start to finish. If it wasn't for her I wouldn't have found the clothing I was looking for. Great personality and very friendly. I would recommend Laura and this Lululemon location to everyone.

I don't usually shop at Lululemon. I came in to the Gardens Mall location buy my gf a birthday gift not too long ago, and I was totally lost. Luckily, a sales person named Laura saw that I needed assistance and she helped me out. She was so attentive and took the time to help me find a great outfit, which my gf loved. I hope all of the staff are as friendly and helpful as she is. I will definitely come back, and hopefully she can help me again.
