IZZY AND TEEHAN ARE AMAZING!! BEST lush experience of all time!! I’ve been shopping at LUSH for a very long time now, and this is one of the best stores! I brought a lip tint that I’ve used for over 10 years at this point, and it was a long shot to find it in the store, or anything similar. However, both Izzy and Teehan were the BEST employees! They helped me find anything similar to old product, as well as introduced me to a lot of new items in the store!! I felt so bad, I got there right before closing and Izzy and Teehan were so kind and still helped me for as long as it took!! (LUSH if you see this, they deserve a raise!!) :)

Shout out to Katie at LUSH gardens mall! My 4 year old met a friend at the Apple store and decided she wanted to give her brand new LUSH bath bomb to her new friend. Katie helped her pick one out and then surprisingly gifted it to my little girl so she could give it to her new friend. It was unbelievably kind and generous! Thank you Katie. Pictures of my little girl giving the bath bomb to her new friend are attached. Two great and kind souls: Katie and my little girl. Thankful and proud. We need more like Katie around.

We went to Lush for a birthday party event, it was super fun, informative, and we got to make our own bubble bar. Mr. bubbles and Tickles helped us and they were amazing and very funny. Thank you for a great time!!!

I’ve visited this location twice and both times was helped by the same associate. I wish I could remember her name, but she was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. I expressed the two things I was looking for in a product and left without feeling pressured to buy all of the recommended items. So far I’m loving everything I purchased.

My daughters recently discovered Lush and we have been there three times in the past couple of weeks. Every time we have gone in, it has been a great experience! The staff is so friendly. We especially love Alexis and Stormy and the assistant store manager. I’m sure we will be back again in the near future!

Staff is always so nice and knowledgeable. I always leave with more than I intended. I love their skin care. Such great scents for everything. My skin usually gets sensitized to everything I use after a few months except with Lush products.

Lush in the Gardens mall is such a well run store with very knowledgeable and friendly associates. Coming from a former retail manager I can tell you I would love to have this dream team if I was their boss. Izzy and Katie and all of the rest of the crew are so welcoming and knowledgeable about the products and after a demonstration from Izzy of a product that was something I had never tried, I instantly was hooked And ended up purchasing more than I came in for! They sent me home with some samples, and I went back in the next day after trying the new products and stocked up on first time purchased goodies. I can’t wait to go back and redeem my pots for some free facemasks and get some More items as Mother’s Day gifts.
