Just went into store to upgrade my phone and buy my brother a new phone and left because that was the worst customer service. The two employees there we're completely out of it could not explain anything clearly. Very disappointed.

terrible customer service! I was talking to the sales representative in English and he called someone just because I have accent! super rude and also cero knowledge about cellphones or metro pcs plans! It's not okay to assume someone's level of English proficiency based on their accent. It's a form of discrimination, and it's totally unacceptable. It's like the sales rep just couldn't be bothered to actually engage with me as a person and a customer, and decided to take the easy (and discriminatory) way out. That's not cool, and it shouldn't be tolerated. it happened on Friday 27th at 1:15 pm

I love this location. Eric is the most knowledgeable representative I have had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. After so many terrible experiences at different stores and almost switching companies, I can confidently say I am actually happy with the help I have received.

Nice quiet store, the customer service is top notch. Erik is very professional, knowledgeable, patient, and kind. Arlene is fantastic. I hope the owners appreciate their staff. It's nice to see employees go out of their way to be helpful, especially now a days.

I was buying a phone, Karen behind the counter said I could return if i did not like it. The tmobile phone stopped texting, would turn off and do things i did not ask it for. When i tried to return it 2 days later i was told i could not. There phones you can not return.WTH I was lied to to buy the phone, they must get commission and now i am stuck with a new phone that does not work.13 years i have been with them and after this month i am gone. DO NOT TRUST WHAT METRO TELLS YOU, THEY WILL NOT HONOR WHAT THEY SAY OR POLICIES
