this is a UPS access point. I called before driving over to verify they can print shipping labels from QR codes. I was told yes, we do. I asked twice to be sure. Once I get to the store, I'm told they're unable to print labels. do better.

I can’t seem to find a worker in this store. Check out is all own your own. Nobody stands to watch. Walking around aimlessly and once I do find someone they have no knowledge on their products to help me locate anything. Honestly it is easier to order off of Amazon.

12/1/23-Terrible customer service. Went to check out and none of the sales were ringing up properly according to the signage, and showed the cashier the photos we took of each sign indicating the mark downs. She called over Pam who I presume was a manager who proceeded to first tell me “you’re gonna have to repeat all that because you talk too fast” and that the signs were all incorrect (what are the odds that the store has incorrect signage posted throughout the entire store lol). Then proceeded to tell us that the signage was for a future date despite each sign we showed her had a date of 11/29-12/9 or 11/17-12/2. We decided not to purchase anything and will be shopping elsewhere

Bought a bunch of yarn and was asked at the register if I found everything I was looking for. I told her no, and she and another employee searched for it and although they didn't have it in the store, explained that it was an online only item. Totally appreciated that!

There is one older manager who is just VERY rude. I bought markers and realized they were bullet, not brush and wanted to return them. They gave me a very hard time. Said I should have realized that. Super toxic lady. She rudely said they were clearance and couldn't be returned, but nowhere on the display did it say no return. Really want to like this store...but two stars instead of 1 because the younger manager lady is very nice at least.
