Nightmare Experience, worst experience of my life!! if I could give them a 0 I would! Napleton Collision Center is the Worst and a Fraud!!! Brought in my car after a Car Accident where a car hit me, which ironically happened to me on my Brand New Jeep Cherokee a year ago during Covid at the same spot, and that was serviced by another body shop where it took them 3 weeks to complete the job, and they gave me a loaner, and took off my deductible off, and it was a great experience. Napleton is a Nightmare and a total Fraud! Typically, when all parts come in, it takes a body shop on average about 2 weeks to complete, I learned that from my past car accident. The parts at Napleton came in after 2 weeks, which normally within a month things should be completed. My Geico car insurance covered my car rental for 30days or $1500/max, so I had to pay out of pocket for every day after that, even though the other party was at fault for the car accident. So, a month past, and Napleton told me that the car would be fixed next week and next week, and Napleton was giving me the same story for 2.5months. I was so furious that I was communicating with Robb the service manager of Napleton over Pete. Napleton's story was that they needed to order a supplement part, then car was in alignment, problems with the break lines, then the car didn't pass the alignment, all BS runaround stories. It wasn't until I threatened to speak with the owner Ed Napleton, the owner of the Napleton dealerships, that they finally started to work faster. SO I finally received my car after 2.5months, after which the next day the check engine control came on, on a Brand New Jeep Grand Cherokee! I brought the car the next day to Arrigo Jeep and they plugged in the computer and it read that a EVAP leak detected, as well as my car was making rattling noises when accelerating which I never had experienced before. Napleton Collision Center billed Geico 16K for the repairs, and when I brought in the car back to Napleton their mechanic who was servicing the car said that the pan was never replaced, so they said they now had to order a Kit so they could replace that, they also told me that they would get me a loaner. The part came in after the first week. I always had to babysit and call Napleton and visit Napleton in person all the time because they are so unprofessional and never did anything. Napleton said that the loaner would be here next week, then a secretary calls me that it we be in here tomorrow, and then tomorrow. A month passed by, and I stopped at the Napleton and they said they couldn't get the loaner approved. And Robb the service manager texted me that I don't need a loaner for a 30min job which they originally said it would take hours to do. They were giving me BS stories and excuses all the time! I finally went it and got the kit on my car replaced thinking that was the last of my worries. A day later the check engine light came back on and still have a problem! I am sincerely going to be calling Ed Napleton because the workers here are a disgrace to the company and they should all be fired and replaced. If anyone needs direct #s to these people or needs help please reach out to me. Because I still have a bigger problem than before bringing my car to Napleton Collision Center to get fixed my car fixed for the accident. Stay away at all costs, you'll thank me later!

My Genesis was in an accident with extensive damage to left front. I have used the Paint and body shops recommended by Insurance company before and the work was horrible. I now always pick my shop very carefully. I have been dealing with Napleton Genesis for the past 4 years and the service and work have always been 5 stars I have also dealt with the Genesis service advisers Brian May and Ashley . That helped me make my choice. They handled the insurance company and coordinated the work with the body shop. It's great to have some one with great customer service skills to keep track of the work. Got my Genesis back today and it is like new. Thank you Napleton Collision Center and Brian and Ashley. Thank you Napleton Genesis for having such great employees and a great Paint and body shop

On December 1,2021 I took my 2021 Acura RDX to Napleton's collision shop on Northlake. Since this was my 2nd Acura from Napleton and I had been over the moon happy with their sales, financing, and Service, I had not even thought twice about taking it to Napleton Collision after being rear ended. I filled out the necessary paperwork and notified my insurance company of where my vehicle was. I knew that this would be a lengthy repair considering how new my vehicle was. My insurance company went out to assess the damages for my claim the day after my accident. On December 30 I decided to go to the collision center after my husband and myself had called a few times to get a status update. No one had returned our phone calls or sent us any emails to let us know what was going on with my car. When I called my insurance company, they had told me that they had already sent them a check for the repairs. When I arrived at Napleton collision no one greeted me and several employees were standing around talking about somebody else's repair. Finally a man asked who I was and if he could help me. I explain to him what was going on and asked why no one had returned my phone calls? He immediately got defensive and unprofessional raised his hand in the air and said listen when I said that the customer service needs to improve and that I was considering having my vehicle taken somewhere else. He turned around and walked away from me and muttered whatever. I asked the front desk receptionist who he was in for his card and lo and behold --Mr. Dennis Greb is the Director of the collision center. This man has no business being the Director of anything, although, his unprofessionalism is top-notch and if that's what Napleton has chosen to lead their collision Center for the last 3 1/2 years then by all means i will never have anything further to do with a Napleton. It all worked out in the end, thankfully my insurance company decided to total out my vehicle and I did not have to deal with Napleton collision any longer. If you're looking for a premium auto body shop- LOOK ELSEWHERE- the work here may be wonderful but unfortunately the staff, but mainly the Director is not. 2 thumbs down Napleton

Horrible, what a mistake it was to go there. My roommate told me not to and my big mistake was not listening to him. Never in my life have I received such poor and rude service. How they stay in business is beyond me. I will never go to any part of the Napleton group for anything ever again.

I had such a great experience with this body shop! From start to finish, I felt like a valued customer and that my truck was in great hands. It is so refreshing to have such friendly people helping you through such a stressful time. From start to finish, my experience was excellent. I was kept informed, my car was completed ahead of schedule and I barely had to deal with my insurance company! My truck is good as new!!! I highly recommend this shop.

First, the only reason they got 2 stars is the did a nice job on the repair. First, the body shop’s mgr. was rude, and dishonest. I could go into detail, but suffice to say, this is the first time I’ve taken time to write a negative review.My accident was in early Nov, and didn’t get it back until late February. The truck needed a rear quarter panel, a rear bumper, and new bedliner. This morning I received a call from them (Napleton) saying I owed them an additional $300. This $300 was a reimbursement to me for equipment that was damaged in the accident, having nothing to do with Napleton’s work. Plus, the insurance cut my check before Napleton even sent the insurance company an estimate, which btw, took Napleton a month If you use Napleton collision center I would strongly advise being very diligent about keeping records regardingservice with them. These guys are shady, cover your butt!
