Service as you can read from everyone else here has been no less than disappointing. They first call to schedule a recall but fail to mention there are 4/5 different issues and the car would be left overnight with no option of a rental. Then wouldn't offer an Uber and would require to find a ride home. Unreal how you schedule a service with careless customer service.

On September 25,2023 my Birthday I got up to my car not starting only to find out it was the Engine. I had to cancel all my birthday plans to have my car towed to Kia. I called prior to showing up and was told to have the car dropped off to Nicole When I got there I explained to them that the 2 weeks prior I had taking my car to Greenway Kia to get the recalls fixed at which the engine was one of the recalls. And I was told everything was good nothing was wrong. I told Nicole the customer service at greenway was horrible she said don't worry we will take good care of you we will get the engine approved and get you into a loner/ rental. I left feeling hopeful. Well today is October 25 and I still haven't received my car back and no liner or rental I have been calling and ask the status and they keep giving me the run around. I then spoke with the Service Manager Daniel and according to him there short staff but work on it. It's been a month and nothing has happened. Every-time I call they come up with a different excuse and then try to say it's 2 cars before my car even gets looked at. I told them I'll come get my car to take it elsewhere but they said please don't do that but yet they haven't done anything to help me get around. I have been with out a car no loner and no rental. They don't Follow up with you I keep getting the run around. This is unacceptable and no one to help with this issue I have reached out to corporate and no one has returned my call. I don't recommend Kia for any reason. There service is horrible they really need to put people in place there who wants to work because the people they have at this location clearly doesn't want to work. Please don't take your car here because they don't hold there end of the bargain. It's really frustrating having to Uber and catch a ride everyday because of not having my car. This is a dealership issue and they are not trying to fix it or help customers get Loners or Rentals. They keep pushing it to the side as if it doesn't matter to them.

Owning a genius is a great car, but service at Napleton up until today has been as big a problem as it could be.Having the cars serviced has always been a problem up until today Lynn Patten has not only helped me with service problem( actually a recall) but has followed up with a positive attitude and really wanting to solve problems.She should be teaching other service people how to treat customers( after all with out us , their gone)Great job so far

Nothing pleases me more than when I have to take time out of my day to let an owner or boss know what an OUTSTANDING experience I have had at their business because of their truly dedicated employee/s.The Ft. Lauderdale KIA dealer that I originally bought my KIA from (and was also using for regular maintenance), kept ignoring my complaints about a growing and unusual area eroding from rust - on the top of my door frame, (pictured below). One month before my warranty was due to expire, I insisted they put in writing my concern on the maintenance report. I then called KIA directly to complain and they recommended I go to another dealer, which brings me to this review of Napleton's Northlake KIA dealer.From the minute I walked in and was greeted by Angela, who took the time to understand my issue, it was clear I was dealing with the right KIA dealership. She was nothing less than professional, knew EXACTLY how to deal with the issue, and most importantly, FOLLOWED UP at every step in the process, (which included having to have my door replaced).Angela then introduced me to their Collision Department. Again, TOP-NOTCH! The service manager walked me through the process, (not gonna lie, I was extremely apprehensive) and he and his team went ABOVE and BEYOND by buffing out a few marks and doing a few simple touch-ups - in a mere few days. They did such a fantastic job replacing my door that you cannot see any evidence of the door being 5 years newer and my car was returned to me just as clean as when I dropped it off. In addition, they also supplied a rental car. AMAZING!Thank you so much Napleton Northlake Kia!

Let’s be honest the car buying experience isn’t always the most enjoyable process to go through but this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Ryan Velarde was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we were able to work out a great deal on my new 2024 KIA Sportage. From the management to the finance department everyone I worked with was very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend Northlake KIA for your next vehicle purchase and let me tell you these new KIAs are Sharp!!

The sale of the car went well but after care not so much. Staff text sporadically and do not seem to be co ordinated where service is concerned. I'd get yourself one person to talk with and just deal with them. If you call, you get different people and nobody knows what the plan is. Also - I'm not a fan of seeing staff outside the front door, smoking or loud music playing in the showroom when trying to talk. Salesman was great and finance guy was great. I was sold the coating for my car and that's when it went downhill. Arrived early and the girl I'd been dealing with wasn't there. then it was un co ordinated and they didn't have any loaners so I had to organize pick up. It's just so different from when I had a mercedes. Love jeep though and will probably always have a jeep now.

Despicable, Deceitful and Unprofessional!!! Instead of practicing with integrity, all they do is try to up-sell and force you into contracts and unnecessary repairs. Service advisors suggest things not needed rather than addressing your concerns and repairing the issue you bring your vehicle in for. They transfer you from department to department to avoid your questions/concerns. Absolute worst

We bought a 2016 Kia Sorento from Napleton. There have been many recall issues. The latest one is engine knocking which indicates engine failure. Our mechanic identified the issue and directed us to bring our vehicle to KIA. On June 26, 2023, we dropped off the vehicle with KIA on Northlake Blvd. We were told we were in the 10th spot as there were many other vehicles with the same issue in front of us. We were told it would take 6-8 weeks (see text chain). 7 weeks later we were still in the 10th spot. On the 9th week, we were told that Napleton could not provide us with an ETA (see text chain). Napleton has not even diagnosed our vehicle yet stating they only have one certified tech. However, clearly that tech is not working on the recalled vehicles. Also, both Napleton and KIA, in writing refused to provide a rental car. One can see a consultant advising KIA the following:Hey, you made a bad engine. People are going to be angry. Run a campaign assuring people that you will cover and replace the engine if something happens. Then delay the repair so long that the person either has to take the vehicle somewhere to have it fixed out of pocket or at the same time start advertising that a trade in option. The customers cannot bring their vehicles anywhere because the engine is bad so you, KIA, can obtain a sale from it.Win/win for KIA/Napleton and lose/lose for customer.

My Daughter who attends FAU, was unable to start her Jeep Wrangler which was under warranty. she called the dealership on a Saturday and was told they couldn't look at the vehicle until Tuesday. We had the vehicle towed to the dealership and then we were told they wouldn't look at it for 10-12 days. These people are completely heartless, they wouldn't take 10 minutes to diagnosis the issue, and tired to ignore that they caused us to have the vehicle towed there. I had the vehicle picked up and towed to another dealership. If this is how they treat a College Student, they don't deserve my business in the future and they should have yours either.

We went in to try and find a car for my daughter who was a first time buyer. Albert as our salesman and was great. He approached us in the parking lot and guided us in the right direction for the type of car we were looking for. He showed us the car she was interested in and when he went to get the keys for it, he came back out telling us the same car was inside in the color she wanted for $1000 less. It was the southeast and easiest car purchase I have ever done. He took our wishes to the manager and came back with what we asked for. We didn't spend hours going back and forth and wasting anyone's time. After Albert , we went into finance with "Big Mike" who was able to get a reasonable rate for my daughter who had no credit. We will definitely go to through them again on our next purchase. Thank you for making her first time car buying experience an easy one!

I am picky when it comes to deciding what car I want, but I definitely picked the right team to work with! Aidan made sure to show me all the possible options that best suited me & made me fall in love with a trim level I hadn’t even thought of. Great salesman there! Cody made my follow up calls so personable and helped to search high and low for the color selection I was thinking of! Then there’s Simeon, the sweetest finance guy around. He is sure to get the best deal for your budget! You can’t go wrong working with these guys.

New 2021 Jeep cherokee still under warranty.Windshield washer stopped working.Naple. said I needed to 'leave' car.I scheduled a rental car at Enterprise down the street 'my expense'.I made arrangements week in advance. Appointment 8:45 AM.Dropped off car at 8:45 and was told I would receive 'updates'.No updates received. Called at 3:00pm ..voice mail. Left msg.Called again at 4pm. lft msg. on way to return rental and pick up my car.Received call at 4:30 while returning rental. .."Your car could not be repaired because they have to 'order' the part. You can bring it back Monday and leave it."Are you kidding me? They had car for 8 hours!!! Not only will I not be back, but as I was preparing to trade in and purchase new 2024 Pacifica, they won't get that sale. Bad way to do business
