I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Susan in the lingerie and women’s section upstairs. My mom and I came in today and she has the sweetest and most kind energy. I have been helped by her before and she never fails to be the sweetest person. Excited to come back!

All the staff are so helpful and they know exactly what you’re looking for. I came in looking for a pair of Tory Burch shoes and they took their time finding me the perfect pair. Tyler was beyond phenomenal! You can tell they really care about their customers.

Miyah downstairs in the Baby/Kids dept. Has some of the Best and most professional customer service skills my mother and I have experienced in a Large retail store... Very suggestive and went above and beyond to make sure the gifts we were buying for a friend's newborn were wrapped just so :-)... She has gained 2 loyal customers today!

I went looking for a wedding dress. Michelle was AMAZING!! She helped me! I found every dress that was a good fit, and then, she went in back and brought me THE one. Then, set me up with alterations, and I was set!

I had a great experience shopping at Nordstrom yesterday thanks to Micaiah and manager Isidro who both went out of their way to assist me. From the moment I walked in, Micaiah was welcoming, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Due to the heat I was literally about to pass out. He noticed and went to get me water. This was the best customer service I ever received at Nordstrom. He went above and beyond to help me and made sure I was feeling okay. He checked inventory at other locations and suggested great alternatives when my size wasn’t available.I really appreciated how they both took their time to assist me. It's rare these days to find customer service that is both efficient and personal, and they did exactly that. Micaiah and Isidro made shopping at Nordstrom enjoyable as well as professional.It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority to them. I highly recommend having Micaiah and Isidro to assist anyone shopping at Nordstrom. I’ll definitely be back because of them.

I had the BEST shopping experience today with Mykhailo! I went into Nordstrom to buy sunglasses, and was greeted with a genuine smile. Mykhailo then assisted me with finding the perfect glasses!

Really odd bad service sunglasses. Was not able to understand what person
Said over & over. Strange salesperson Had to ring up someone else
Just got song & dance re: case for glasses no straight answers. Like a threat would only tell me if I bought $$ omg
And Very bad service ladies shoes and sarcastic long haired older man annoying
My salesman had nothing in my size and was very slow and tried to get me to buy shoes wrong size too small. Yikes
Nordstrom gone downhill
Used to know sizes in stick. Biz was very slow snd 6 on
Sales floor. Left angry

After a few years of remote work, I needed to update my wardrobe for an important business trip to Europe. I was a bit concerned about the differences in style between the States and Europe. But I stopped by my local Nordstrom and met a wonderful stylist named Dunja who had an amazing eye for fashion. She helped me find two fantastic outfits that made me feel confident and stylish. When I arrived in Europe, my colleagues complimented my look, saying it was elegant and classy. If you visit this Nordstrom, definitely ask for Dunja —she truly made the whole experience enjoyable!
