I will not be returning to this pak mail location due to the communication style of the manager. Although my request was ultimately fulfilled, the interaction lacked basic customer service principles. The manager was noticeably unfriendly and conveyed that assisting me was a burden rather than a standard part of her role. Professionalism and courtesy are essential in any customer-facing business, and unfortunately, this experience fell short.

Samantha, the manager of this location, went above and beyond to help my team resolve an issue regarding an accidental label switch up that happened on our end. Had it not been for her we would have had major issues locating our package that we need for our work. Thank you so much for working on this issue for several days, it's so appreciated.
