EDIT : I have yet to hear back from Pandora 2/25. They sent me a coupon via email to shop for their products but no response on this complaint.Went in yesterday 2/10 to find out if Pandora offers repair services for an earring clasp. The sales rep offered a replacement for the earring stating it was a defect on the earring, however when the manager came by she attempted to fix the clasp. Upon arriving home the clasp was weaker and possibly the manager damaged my earring. I called the store immediately to file a complaint and was told to come in 2/11 for the replacement. I met the manager (same person who I spoke with over the phone) refused to replaced the earring and stated, " Pandora earrings sterling silver are soft, they bend, and eventually do not clasp and will break" The manager did not provide any warranty info. I reported to corporate about the manager 2/11 because she failed to state warranty, attempted to fix my earring when Pandora does not provide earring repairs, therefore she caused further damage to my earring. Upon speaking to your customer support, I learned that the manager is giving out inaccurate information about the hardness and quality of the jewelry and is not suppose to try to repair customers jewelry. I was in the Gardens Mall location buying my god daughter a charm for her birthday. I had the most amazing service from a young lady named Jordan. I was there for about an hour. She took her time with me and never got frustrated with my indecisiveness. Ultimately, I bought a charm that could be engraved to say exactly what I wanted it to say!You have a great staff at the Gardens Mall!!!

I had the best experience at the Pandora Gardens Mall!! I went in there to check out the rings they have and the sales associate noticed my necklace was from Pandora. She offered while I looked around to clean my necklace!! I didn't end up buying anything that day but I left with a shiny necklace that looked brand new!!!

Went into make a purchase. The sales agent Kay was very rude, especially for someone new who is not familiar with items sold. Will not be purchasing from this location again

Extremely rude and I spend at least 300 a month in that store and there so rude, I will never go back. I do not need to be treated like that! The one sales associate is called Sapphy whatever! She had no customer service skills what’s so ever and should not even be working there, SO RUDE! I will never go back. I will but online only.

Three good experiences at this location. I went to return something on a VERY busy Sunday afternoon and I don’t remember who helped me but they did their best to get to me with soo many people in line to try on jewelry. Also went back today/a weekday and Franchesca was soo polite and exceptionally friendly, what a pleasure to do business with! Update: Had an issue with the moments open bracelet and with my receipt “Jordan” helped me with it and was very friendly and helpful! Thank you!

The sales associates in the store were EXTREMELY rude. The attitude was as if I was inconveniencing them by coming to shop. When I walked in, despite there being 4 associates and 2 other customers, I had to flag down someone to help me. They completely ignored me until I approached them. The other group that walked in right in front of me was greeted immediately. I came in with the intention to buy, I used to work retail so I know this is not what is taught as a SALES associate. When I finally did get the woman’s attention, she was just flat out rude and unhelpful. I kept telling her what I wanted and she repeatedly told me how HER idea for MY bracelet was better. I came in looking for a few charms, not a coaching and to be belittled. I had two other people with me who noticed the associates (multiple not just the one I dealt with) behavior. In the middle of me asking for a charm, she stopped and started having a whole off topic conversation and giggling with the other associate right in front of me and ignoring me. She wasn’t subtle about her distaste in having to do her job. I asked her if I was inconveniencing her and her demeanor immediately change, she was still unhelpful though. I usually receive Pandora as gifts from my significant other and family so this was my first in store experience and I will likely not go back. I would not recommend the Palm Beach Gardens store to anyone. The associate I was dealing with was Sarah K. for anyone wanting to avoid a terrible experience here.

Advertise sales yet, they never have that item, they also say, they're not a part of pandora online. It's too confusing to shop pandora.

My husband and I travelled to the Gardens Mall specifically to go to the Pandora because they were the only store who had the ring we wanted in stock. When we got there, we were told we weren't allowed in the store because the associates were busy. There was no line, and we counted four (4) customers. We were turned away and told to come back. We weren't even allowed to look around while we waited. We walked around for an hour and went back 15 minutes before closing, only to, once again, be told that we weren't allowed in the store, even though there were 3 associates standing in the back behind the counter with no customers. I told the girl that we knew exactly which ring we wanted and we knew they had it in stock, but she refused. We were absolutely shocked and appalled. I have been to multiple Pandoras (Boca Town Center, Wellington, Coral Springs), and I have never been turned away or not even allowed to enter the store. Never again will we support this establishment.

I received a Pandora bracelet as a gift within one day of wearing it the charm broke and then not even 3 days later I noticed it was tarnishing! It's absolutely ridiculous that they would charge such expensive prices for absolute junk! Please if you're giving someone a gift don't buy from this store I have things that I bought from Walmart that have lasted me 2 years that I paid 10 bucks for unbelievable you will be disappointed and the person you get the gift for as well.
