I love Premier Custom Pharmacy! They have great vitamins and, especially the bio identicals cream. The smell and consistency is very nice. The girl who answers the phone is super sweet and helpful. The pharmacist they have is really great and very knowledgeable. She has a genuine willingness to help you with any questions. They mailed my prescription in a timely manner via FedEx. I was so surprised I made the call then a couple days later my pakage arrived- all within 1 week to the Pacific Northwest. ? Thank you!!

Great pharmacy, nice place and professional staff. They stand behind their compounded products, and I couldn't say more about them business wise, or personally. I enjoy walking in there, I trust their prescriptions and over the counter meds implicitly, and when I did have one small problem they fixed it, no questions asked. By the way, fixing it, included calling my doctor and handling every part of what was needed. I wish I could use them for all of my pharmacy needs.

This pharmacy's service is very fast. For medications that are not covered by insurance and/or are very expensive, they offer compounded alternatives which are the identical meds at a VERY reasonable cost. The staff that I have dealt with are terrific and would be an asset to any organization.

The pharmacists and the compounding itself are top notch and always has been. However their up front staff leave a lot to be desired. I have been a customer for 10 years and I've had more issues with scripts not being filled correctly, told their ready but they aren't, only 1 filled when there's two, mailing scripts with no ice packs and script melts. It seems like lots of turn over up front and it's very frustrating.

Great compounding pharmacy! It's super clean, very friendly C.S. - wished compounded pharmacy took insurance. I have used Premier for my feline's medication as well.

I’ve been using this pharmacy for several years, where I ordered the same scar cream for various surgical scars and never had any issues up until now. I called a few weeks ago inquiring about the scar cream that I’ve received in past for several years and was informed by pharmacist Emma that the price has gone up drastically, however they can substitute a portion of the cream to drop the cost, which i ultimately ended up paying over $200 for a couple ounces. Moving forward, after receiving and using the product for just under 2 weeks I now have burn marks all over my scars. Therefore I called and spoke to Emma, and explained to her what was happening. I was shocked how rude she became. Her only response was to stop using the product and call my doctor. When I explained I noticed this was a different cream than what I normally received in the past, her response was now they all of a sudden have a new system that deleted all of my previous orders. I explained to Emma, I literally just ordered the product a couple weeks ago and she was able to tell me then exactly what I previously ordered, yet now she’s claiming they no longer have none of my previous records to see the difference. She became very rude and vague in her response. Basically telling me to just stop using the product and call my doctor and there’s nothing else that she can do. I literally just spent over $200 for a product that’s burning me and she’s saying she can’t do anything to resolve the situation, and that I’m just basically out my money. I’ve used what I thought would be the same product on various parts of my body for many years without any issues, now she’s claiming my skin is probably just too sensitive. I explained to her this was not the same cream that I always used in the past and reminded her that she did in fact said she was changing the formula with a powder that she would add, however she basically had nothing else to say. At this point I no longer trust this pharmacy, nor the products they use. I just want to add, I never had any issues with getting burned when gentleman was the pharmacist a few years ago. I honestly don’t think the current pharmacist either don’t know how to properly mix or maybe because she used a cheaper product than before. Because this was definitely not the same as before. The texture was different. I guess my $200 is gone down the drain on this useless product.

They sold me some bad drugs. Like not the worst drugs I've ever done but definitely would not recommend.
