This Publix was out of stock on my prescription. They called another Publix and they indicated they had it and it would be ready in about 30 minutes. I get to the other Publix after an hour and they had not started the order. They indicated they just received it. Seems like staff at this Publix could not be truthful.

The Publix Pharmacy at Mirasol is exceptional. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to assist the customers.
Last week they filled a prescription immediately to help me before leaving town on a vacation.
They provide input when asked and also have a caring attitude.
The customer service is in rare air!!!

The pharmacist, Morgan and the technician, Darlene are my go to! Anytime I have a question about my medication, vaccines for myself or my kids, or need a simple recommendation for a cold medicine, I always know to call them! Best pharmacy staff ever!!

Best grocery store ever, if your ask me. I have been a customer for 25+ years. Consistent from store to store, clean and a very helpful staff at all times! It is truly where "shopping is a pleasure"!

8/26/2023 Hi everyone, I just thought I would come here to share the experience I had with the manager Sylvia. I have a disability and am training my potty trained puppy to be a Service Animal for my specific disability. My boyfriend and I were going to pick up groceries at the Publix we're regulars at and we were stopped while getting a cart. Was told she couldn't be in a cart and I said absolutely understood! The lady then specifically asked if it was a Service Animal. I replied "I am training her to be my service animal and I have a doctors note to have her with me." She said "that's not allowed, you can not bring her in." I got really frustrated because I've had this issue before in grocery stores with my service animal that just passed of old age hence why I have a new one. So I proceeded to call the store and asked to speak with the manager because I felt that she was incorrect. After waiting on hold for the manager for 5 minutes, could you guess who it was? Lo and behold the same lady. I tried restating that I have a doctors note and explaining, and she kept interrupting me saying "YES MA'AM...YES MA'AM...YES MA'AM" so I said "I'd appreciate it if you didn't get loud with me" and hung up because I can't deal with people who don't know how to have an adult conversation. So if someone who does know how to have a conversation would like to contact me I'd be happy to have a conversation. My time and money spent at that Publix is now over. I really hope for the future that you find new respectful management. I would not want Sylvia working for me, even as an employee. Sylvia, I would also like to bring Florida Statute 413.08(8) to your attention. If you don't take the time to look it up like you didn't take the time for my phone call. I posted it for you. The pharmacy in this super market is terrible! I went to drop a prescription, I asked them how long to get the meds, they said May be 20 mins or half of an hour. I provided my cellphone number and told them I will browse around the store and waiting for the prescription ready and ask them to text me or let me know when it is ready. I was walking around in the store , waited and waited, half hour passed, no notification, I didn't want to bother them by asking them if it is ready. I waited even longer , still no notifications from them, after more than an hour, I really lost my patience, so I went to ask them, the lady named Susan said : oh we do not have your meds in stock, we have to order for you. So they have my phone and they wouldn't even bother to make a call to let me know, so I was wasted my time for nothing, she didn't even apologize. What if I completely trust that they will notify me when my meds is ready and wait there for another couple of hours? They just totally ruined our trust!!!

Just want to say I like the fact that Publix takes care of their employees!!! I've been to near by stores that clearly don't! I seen pregnant woman well takin care of at the Publix location of PGA and military trail. She was off her feet and clearly happy that she was off her feet! Also love all the sales! Beat all the local competition.

Was shocked that there aren't Hand Sanitizer stations set up in the store - only at the front of the store near the carts. When I asked a Manager why there weren't any he was not happy, rolled his eyes and said they are in the front. I've been on other stores and you can find a Hand Sanitizer Station... sad

One of my favorite's in the state. Easy to move around, friendly employees and the lines are never too long as they always have the correct number of employees at the register. My items are almost always in stock and the sushi is fresh. Keep up the good work.

there is a girl who works in the bakery who is so rude, lazy and intimidating I go out of my way to other locations to shop. I have had several bad experiences with her.

Publix Our guarantee We will never knowingly disappoint you. If for any reason your purchase does not give you complete satisfaction, the full purchase price will be cheerfully refunded immediately upon request. Not at this Publix. I bought restaurant gift cards that were lost in the mail. Unfortunately this happened before. That time the Post Office sent me back to where I bought them - a different retail store - who quickly cancelled the first ones and replaced them. This doesn't happen at Publix. After 40 minutes I was told I had to go to the restaurant the card was for. I shop at this store - correction shopped- every week. Definitely won't be back.
