If your dream is to know what it's like to grocery shop in a disgustingly mismanaged grocery store, this is the Publix store for you.
Most Publix stores have managers that are standing up front to keep an eye on things and have smooth-running lines for their customers and cashiers, as well as help the cashiers by bagging groceries when needed. Not this one; the so-called customer service manager likes to hide in her office. She has absolutely no business being a manager of anything, much less customer service. This customer service manager absolutely does not care about the customer or the store she is responsible for; her apologies mean nothing at this point because she refuses to be consistent in fixing her issues. She's pathetic!
This is by far the poorest managed store I've ever been in, and I've been shopping at Publix all of my life, as I was born in the same town Publix started. Do yourself a favor and go to Hood Road, Oakbrook or Mirasol and avoid the rottenest Garden Square store.
If you face any issues in any of the departments, including the pharmacy, call the corporate office. I can see a store occasionally having an off day; this store consistently has off days.

The ladies behind the deli are especially cordial and positive vibes. Weleska, my sandwich preparer, provided me with a new experience meat and cheese wise which, was extraordinary in diverse flavor. I trusted her and... She was correct, it was worth trying repeatedly. Great job as always, publix! Not to mention quality, well trained baggers and cashiers i encountered during this visit👌✌️

Publix is a great, but this one’s laid out kind of funny. It looks as if it has been expanded a couple times and the layout doesn’t quite make sense.

Girl working in pharmacy today was rude. Was told by guy working there could get a script filled but then she said she didn't want to because haven't had one filled at publix in a while. Usual pharmacy is out of stock.

Solid Publix for a quick stop but can get very crowded around rush hour and weekends. I prefer the Alton Publix but this is a fine location

The cashier named Mary is always very rude. Also, Logan is always extremely unfriendly. Logan always has a look on his face like he hates working at Publix.
