I scheduled an appointment for routine labs online and was able to get an appointment the next day. I checked in online once I arrived at the facility. It was clean and comfortable. I was supported by Lily. She is extremely kind and patient. She is also very efficient and gentle with the needle.

The only time I went to this location the woman drawing blood put the needle all the way through my vein. I had a huge lump on my arm and I couldn't bend my arm for over a week. I would never go back here or recommend it to anyone.

Absolutely horrible. Although nightmare is another word that comes to mind. There is simply no way to speak to a live person by phone with this organization. You have to wade through endless voice prompts only to be cut off because everything needs to be done online. I'm not sure how much farther they can go to dehumanize the services they provide but I think they are about at the limit.

The woman who greeted me and worked with me was superb…..she was professional and warmly engaging and thorough and took my blood perfectly…..I appreciated how she treated me…from the moment I walked in until the moment I left…..her name begins with an “R”

Management needs to be aware that we came to the location 4700 N Congress Suite 303 on Wed 11/27/24 arriving @ 1:45pm.Someone was infront of us checking in. We checked in @1:50pm.A staff member REFUSED to take care of ANY OF US b/c they were going to close @2pm tho the hours were posted until 3pm.The woman was rude and DENIED ACCESS TO CARE to your patients b/c they did not want to work. We left and scheduled to go to the 3401 PGA Blvd location on Fri 11/29/24.We usually use the Congress location - will not return & will inform doctors of the staffing issues @ that location.We will likely change to LabCorp b/c of the Congress employee experience.The PGA location was nice & people ok not super friendly.They were skilfull in their specimen draw.

The check-in process is very confusing and not the LEAST bit personable.
I helped an elderly woman get checked in. She was VERY frustrated and wanted to leave entirely rather to get her much needed bloodwork.
When she asked to speak to a real person about her confusion, she was met with a VERY rude person who barked at her to "take a seat!".
The employee not only didn't answer the woman's question, but insulted her intelligence in the process.
This is certainly NOT the caring we, as patients (customers,) have come to hope for in our health care.
Head to LabCorp. I know I will next time.
