Worst experience here, my brother worked here before & he said they are lien when they mention your money is pending and you have to use the atm that’s a lie , they just don’t want to give you your money, they don’t care about customer experience or service or relationships , all they care about are sales. The very extremely loud blonde lady that sit in the front always lien. And never know what she’s talking about but over talks you . Every time you come in poor tellers have to refer a friend or family . But who would want bank with a terrible bank like this .But last time I came I didn’t see the teller with the pretty smile she sits closer to the drive through. Anyways this location needs to be shut down or get a manager that’s not so loud but care for their customers

If you’re elderly and handicapped don’t go to this branch. They are incredibly inconsiderate of their customer’s needs. My mother who has both legs amputated have been trying to access her own funds and for the 4th time this branch has come up with a new policy to keep her away from her funds. I have sent a couple complaints to corporate but if I have to continue and specifically explain every detail of the incidents until this is addressed, I will because I don’t have enough characters available on this one post to cover it. This branch and the corporate office have been giving her the runaround for way to long it simply doesn’t make sense, so I will seek legal advise as to the best way to resolve my mothers issue with Regiona bank.

I wish I could give them no stars !!!I went to cash my check was told i only could deposit my check but my money would be available the next day by Pamela Gomes A Viles so i was fine with that until i woke up 2 my money not there and now they telling me it will be there April 1 and thats on partial of it .They definitely discriminated against me bc i cash check frequently and never had 2 wait 2 days 2 my money and for them to chop it up in 3 payments for me to get my own money!!!

The Assistant branch manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. We have been trying to get a home equity loan from there and they have made us submit two applications and he refuses to tell us where we are in the process. I have written a formal letter of complaint to the corporate offices.

Worst bank experience ever! They offered my son a new account bonus, but all he's had are problems. Someone from Regions called, but when he called back, nobody knows who called or what they wanted. We have to go in to the branch, where we were helped by a new-ish employee (apparently they're all new). She couldn't do anything on the computer, so she went to the manager's office. We could hear the manager rudely giving her instructions from her office, then the employee came out to tell her there's nothing they can do. Nothing they can do about an account at their bank?! We asked to speak to the manager, Tricia, who never bothered to come out, instead yelling from her office that we would have to wait at least 10 minutes. We had already been there for over 20 minutes, and we saw other customers who had been standing at the teller window longer than us. I feel very sorry for the new employee who was polite, but couldn't do anything.Congratulations, Tricia. You turned a generation of local young people against Regions Bank. They all just graduated, have new jobs & new money, but today they're joking about how you were "too busy avoiding responsibility" to help a customer. Account closed.

This is hands-down the worst bank I’ve ever used their online banking sucks there in person banking is even worse I mean I could go on for hours on how bad this bank is Hands down 100% the worst bank I have ever encountered

I frequent this branch of Regions and have for years. This place is great. The tellers are friendly and always engage in some conversation with me even if it just to ask how's my day. These small things keep me driving 30 minutes each way to visit. Lashaunda is the best and I always wait for her to assist me at the window. Tricia has helped me at the desk with mortgage questions and is great too. Thank you all.

I deposited a check drawn on Regions Bank today, prior to making the deposit I asked if there would be a hold on the funds since it was a Regions check. The teller said it shouldn’t be. I trusted her and left. I checked the account only to find the entire check is on hold. I asked for a manager and Heriberto assisted me to no avail. I don’t know any bank the holds the entire check!!!!!! Even if it’s drawn on a different bank!!! They release some of it!!!! He didn’t resolve anything just gave me a bunch of scripts!!!! So disappointed!

Doris is incompetent with banking issues. For 2 weeks my husband had been communicating with this location and got no where. Doris on a recorded line promised to overnight a check to my Insurance but never did such a thing. Only to be told by my Insurance. Then when I called her to confront the issue, she had the nerve to get an attitude with me. Still wasn’t able to handle my issue as the so called person in charge of the bank. Requested to have her boss return my call. And of course 3 weeks later and still haven’t heard from anyone. I would NEVER recommend this bank to anyone! Poor service and most of all incompetent Doris. Ended up taking care of the issue myself of course…. Felt Doris was entitled and dishonest in my conversation. Filed a complaint but I’m sure nothing will happen..If Doris is the best they can do in hiring, then I will be sure to take business elsewhere and spread the news on my experience.
