West Palm location at the outlets didn’t have what I needed. They told me to call the Gardens location. Good luck with that. Nobody answers. I called 3 times and was on hold each time for 6-10 mins. Had to hang up every time because I couldn’t wait any longer. Would love to just check on line, but learned from West Palm that stock is not updated properly.

Unfortunately I had to put 1 star in order to write an upsetting review.
I went to the store with my daughter and Patty (employee) was so sarcastic with me and my daughter, her attitude was out of control and she said she was a manager, seriously? How horrible experience, im local at Palm Beach Gardens and we do not receive this type of service in the area, I spent so much money at Sephora for my daughter and I will not go back ever, and I will share this experienced with friends and family so their kids avoid this experience in their future at this store.
I hope this company penalized this employee, they lost a big customer that spend lots of money there.

I went to the mall today for a pickup, not only was I relieved it wasn't too busy, but Karissa was pleasant, prompt and punctual. I was so happy to have such a smart, sweet associate assist me today. She also enlightened me on the make over sessions they offer. Stellar service 😁

I booked a feature focus appointment for my mom for Xmas to get her into new products. Our artist was Carol and she was AMAZING! Her patience and time spent with us was so appreciated. She was such a joy and made my mom feel so comfortable. 10/10 recommend!!!

I believe that the cashiers could benefit from a touch more politeness in their interactions. I understand that it can be a hectic and busy environment, but taking a moment to be more courteous and friendly would go a long way in creating a more pleasant experience for everyone involved. A little kindness can make a significant difference, even during the busiest times.

I was having an issue with the website with my Cyber Monday order. Could’ve just been a cookies issue but anyway. Mom needed to run to the mall so I stopped in, and Karissa was so helpful with price matching and applying a digital gift card, and she did it all with warmth and a smile. Appreciate the stellar customer service! ♥️

I recently made a purchase at your store, and the employee assisting me forgot to return my driver’s license. I find this quite unprofessional. I’ve been trying to reach the store by phone to resolve this but have been on hold for over an hour. Could someone please assist me in retrieving my license? Thank you.

Went into Sephora a few days ago to get some new make up and hair products and kerie was amazing she was very attentive, was able to answer all my questions, and went above and beyond to help me. She was super sweet and very knowledgeable on every question I had.
