The air pump is $1.50 and barely provided enough time to add air into one tire. I assumed the timer was broken and went to inform the clerk. I was not expecting that the clerk had any authority to give me some quarters...I just wanted him to inform the manager/owner to get the pump fixed. Well, I was treated with hostility.
