I stored my home furnishings at facility they recently purchased from Controlled Self Storage on Mussett Bayou in SRB. Upon arrival to move my furnishings out I noticed damage to a bookcase. Damage occurred from a drain line in ceiling. It was obvious the drain line had been repaired because the joints had new plumber putty on it. I brought this to the attention of staff present. Just trying to speak to someone for availability is a nightmare... completely turned me off from using them. Every other storage place around (PBG) Palm Beach Gardens... has someone answering the phone.
