Unwelcoming the minute you walk in the store. If you ask where you can find something, was told, I don’t think we carry those only to find them in back part of store. I went up to the counter to ask the price on a clearance item and the sales women were too busy with their own conversation to even ask if I needed help even after noticing I was standing there. Terribly ran!!!! Needs employees that care about the customer before worrying about which tops should go in front of store. There are other places that would love to have my business.

Don't bother trying to sell anything to this place. Waste of time. They didn't even look through my things. Rude staff and the place smells.

NOT welcoming ladies at the counter with tired faces and carelessness. And prices at the store: OMG, there is definitely cheaper to shop at Marshall's. Not going back.

I purchased a Fendi bag online recently. First time purchasing online so I didn't know what to expect. Purchased on 5/7 and other than confirmation it was purchased I received nothing. On 5/10 I then attempt to call the store to ask if I should get a tracking or how does this work because like I said I have never purchased online from them. No one answers, so I send an email which no one responds to but that same day I then get a tracking email. I then receive the "Fendi" bag which feels very cheap and I actually doubt the authenticity and never received any paperwork saying it was authentic. I'm not saying they didn't verify authenticity through an online company I'm just saying I'm not certain it's authentic without getting into details of the bag that make me doubt. I then call the store a few hours after I receive the bag because I'm unhappy with the purchase and I'm told that the owner will call me to discuss. It's been 2 days and no one has contacted me so I try to call the store again and no one answers.

Bought a whole bag of Lilly and a Tiffany bracelet the teenagers working buzzed through my order and didn’t buy anything they have no experience looking at clothing or Jewelry I miss the old staff don’t waste your time selling to them they have no experience buying stuff waste of time

THEY LOST MY CLOTHES! Dropped off my clothes on a Saturday with a manager Jennifer. At first they told me they would be able to review them and just wait 25 min. After 45 min they said "oh sorry it's not going to get done today, we had people call out." I left my clothes there and was told they would be done in a day. A few days later I received a txt stating that an offer would be made and come to the store. Upon arriving to the store I waited 20 min for Jennifer and another employee to try and track down my order. When they finally did find it, two of my nicest Lilly Pulitzer dresses were missing. In addition, they hadn't actually reviewed the drop off and no offer was in the system. I asked for the store managers card for an email or phone number, they refused to give it to me. To Jennifer's credit, she did offer to review my order, stating again that it would take 30 min. She also did reach out to the store manager but the store manager refused to speak with me on the phone I am told. I no longer felt comfortable giving my clothes to a store with such poor organization and proceeded to leave the store. At this time I have made two trips to this store for nothing other than to lose two Lilly Pulitzer dresses. I've posted this review so that others don't become a victim to this. Do not drop your clothes off here! Side note while all of this was happening another lady was experiencing the exact same situation, She actually contacted the police due to the value of the items the store could not find on her behalf.

Reasonable prices and friendly staff. People who leave bad reviews shame on you. Not happy, leave No one made you go there. WOW!! I was a Red Balloon shopper, they closed. I found this place by chance. I'm coming back. Thanks

This is supposed to be a high end consignment shop that takes designer bags. They don’t know how to tell a real LV bag from a fake. They don't know that LV stopped using date codes in 2021. They now use microchips. They don't know how to find the chip in the bag. You can literally look it up on you tube. They show you and tell where and how to find the chip!Edit: sold the bag to a place today that found the chip within 30 minutes!! Get it together over there!

Rudest place I have ever shopped at. I was not acknowledged at all and ignored when I tried to buy a top. Also, the prices are outrageously high. No thanks.

I've never had a bad experience until today. Under paid, poorly educated employees when it comes to the knowledge of the products. This owner needs to get her team under control and she needs to start stepping up as a business owner. The last thing someone who's going to drop $$$ money on a designer bag wants to see is people who look like they were found on the street corner. And I don't think teenagers need to be trusted with responsibility of handling and pricing of valuable items. Wouldn't take my brand new dress from Saks with the tags. But they try to sell this trash. Needless to say I'm very dissatisfied by the way, I've been treated and very underwhelmed by the caliber of the people who work at this location. If I was this owner of this location, I would desperately cry out for help and take some pointers from the Stuart location. The owner just need to let someone buy her out so she can retire. If it was my name sake on the line I'd be more concerned about the quality of people running a business in my name.

This place makes no sense anymore. It became extremely expensive. Old, used, out of style clothes cost like brand new from the regular stores. I see not much people shopping there anymore. Also their restroom is only for employees, obviously you can tell how they treat their customers. They need to reconsider their prices or they will be out of business soon.....

I just enjoy the Atmosphere at this store ,and the staff was very friendly and helpful,the quality of the clothes is so worth it,and such good bargains,I highly recommend this Store.

I have shopped here but have not consigned here. They have a good selection of clothes, shoes and bags. The prices are mostly quite reasonable. The display is fine. The store is located in a shopping plaza with a Publix and is right next to Goodwill. The people who work there were helpful and pleasant. My sense is that they are quite selective about what they take as a couple people who were there trying to consign were disappointed that Style Encore didn't accept more of their items. I am sure that is why they have such attractive things in the shop.
