Went to put $7,000 in a new savings account in cash and the representative told me no because they close in five minutes so they couldn’t help me. Horrible service. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Worst bank ever! PBG. Even if you make an appointment you will wait in a tiny sitting area ,lucky if you even get a seat. Understaffed, and unable to handle this branch efficiently. After three attempts , I ended up calling another brach nearby, Abacoa, but they don't even answer their phones! I still have not been seen by anyone. I wont wait for 30-40 mins like I did the first time. NO STARS

UPDATE: The nightmare continues. I never received the new card they advised they were sending, that was weeks, if not months ago. When you try to call, it's hours on hold. Even something as simple as transferring money from PayPal into a personal bank account is now a huge hassle. Direct deposit through the app is a problem. I often get a message saying the amount does not match, when I am looking at the matching amount. Bugs, bugs, and more bugs. Nothing but problems with this institution. It was a huge mistake to put my money with SunTrust, now Truist. They could not care less about the people banking with them.Banking with Trust has been a nightmare. Dealing with this bank is a nightmare. We didn't sign up to be Truist account holders, we were SunTrust account holders. Since SunTrust went under and had to merge with Truist, it has been nothing but problems. We haven't received our bank cards, anytime we need help - which is any time we try to do any banking at all with Truist - there is a 30 to 60 minute wait on the phone and the automated system is too stupid to do anything helpful. The worst banking experiences ever. Truist obviously has way too much going on to provide even mediocre customer service. From bugs on the app, to mysterious fees, to agents that really can't - or won't - do anything, this bank is awful. They could not care less about their account holders. We're disgusted with the terrible service we've received - IF we are even able to get help, which is not often. Bank with someone else. Anyone else. Truist is just a total migraine. Disappointing is a gross understatement.

No atm. In a plaza with shopping and restaurants. You go shopping or to restaurant. Then have to get back in car to use atm. Or potentially be run over by a car using drive thru atm. No lobby atm. Another extremely poor design. Have seen good Suntrust designs in Broward county. Some. Not seen 1 in Palm beach County, that I recall being user friendly. And interest rates are very poor. Multi state locations is only major plus. They don’t take any risk in lending.

Terrible customer service. Got a check from a family member went to cash it, rude women in the window got upset because she had to call a couple numbers from the account to verify the check. Which by the way I have never had done in my life, wanted multiple forms of my ID then called the check writer! By the way we were different races so I assume I was being profiled. In the end she gave up even though I was on on the phone with the person who wrote the check who was waiting for their call. Sent me away said she couldn't cash my check and she done doing me favors.

Excellent service over many years. My son had all of his college grants through Suntrust. Mistakes were made and Suntrust, my bank, was all over it. I tell my co-workers and friends about my great bank. My son graduated and now has a Suntrust credit card. My mom and I bought inexpensive gift cards. SunTrust is a great bank, big time kudos to the Tallahassee and the PGA branches. Thank you, I will never bank anywhere else. MP
