I came into Tmobile from Metro and was very pleased with my service from Anthony. He was kind, understanding, a great listener and really fit our needs for phone service. I got 4 new phones on promotion and when my bill came, it was exactly what Anthony told us it would be. I was worried about my pictures and contacts being lost but Anthony reassured me and my family that he had our backs.

Was happy until I left t- mobile. I just came in there to get a screen protector and a case for a phone I ordered and I was so excited. Walked in and everything was swell the lady that greeted me started out ok then she just completely shifted. Like I annoyed her. I was telling her I was gonna put everything together when I got home since my phone just arrived. She offered to put it on herself but I just told her it's at home. My response was simple I didn't feel like going all the way back home to go get the phone and have her put it together. As soon as I finish saying that her mood change to like a whatever and it literally made me feel bad. Was I in the wrong or something? I even apologized but looking back it makes me feel worse. Lately the customer service for me in person and on the phone has been piss poor. It sucks cause I love the company but I hate being treated like I'm just a regular off the street.

After having my phone stolen, I ended up on a 5 day adventure with countless phone calls to tmobile and visits to their store on Okeechobee. Everybody I spoke to gave me the run around and gave me more stress than help. I went to the store on Northlake as a last ditch effort in hopes to get this resolved. Obviously I was beyond frustrated at this time.I came in and spoke to Brandon to explain what the issue was. He was very patient and helpful. After an hour, and multiple phone calls to their unhelpful phone support, Brandon was able to resolve my issues and we got the claim filed. My new phone is now on the way.Thank you Brandon!

This is a follow up from the other day when I went to this location and everyone acted like they had no idea why my phone wasn't working and told me to call Apple and T-Mobile to speak to a supervisor and turns out to be my iMessage was turned off.NOW THIS wouldn't be a issue if your employees at least tried to help and they didn't absolutely horrible will never be back

Walked into the store was ignored for 15 mins, staff just talking to each other. I asked about deals on trading in my phone they told me there were not deals? Went to T mobile at the Gardens Mall it was like night and day, great service very helpful. Would never go the northlake store again.

Horrible! I was instructed to visit a store to update my phone, only to be rejected by a sales associate. I'm still without service and paying monthly. Sooo WRONG!

Went in to ask questions and make a purchase and the current staff in the store could BARELY look up from their phones long enough to address me. Decided to not make the purchase at this store and go to the T-Mobile in the gardens mall. This was a shame because I was here two days ago and the crew working the 4th of July holiday we're waaaay nicer than the staff today.

My wife and I had great service from Val and the store manager Derek. We got both phone and internet service. Both were very knowledgeable and helpful. Also left AT&T for internet.T Mobile internet speed is three times faster than AT&T and better customer service. Don’t even get me started about Boost Mobile’s customer support. Hour wait, than past on to another country, what’s up with that.
