Michael was such a great help. He helped me with all of my issues I was having. He went above and beyond to assist me. If I ever have an issue I will definitely return to that store for Michael.

I have had the worse customer service experience at this store. I bought a phone , the rep that took care of me appeared to be high (no longer an employee) , could not answer questions, applied the monies that were supposed to go toward new phone toward Billing and for the last 10 months my account billing has been completely screwed up. Not only I did not get the "promotion" I was supposed to get but my account became a simple mess. I have to contact customer service on a monthly basis for them to correct the account. December 2023 is a year of this nonsense. I have written emails to the "regional manager", no-one answers.... At the store , no one seems to be able to help ... the issue, not only unresolved has become a nightmare. DO NOT do go to this store!!

I had the pleasure of having Jocelyne A. Help me out with a new purchase. I must say she is one of the best associates I have ever encountered. Not just at a T-mobile but any store in general. Her patience with me, her humor, and her wonderful customer service made it such a great experience. I felt comfortable in my decision with what I wanted. She explained every detail, took her time. The store was closed but she made sure I was happy and satisfied and all of my information had transferred over. We had laughs, stories, and talked about life in general. She deserves the recognition not only for her sales and customer service but for who she is as a person. I was so pleased and am so grateful I went there because I was on my way to a different T-mobile. Thank you Jocelyne for your time and input and everything. You were amazing

One star because I cannot give less. They don't help you at all. They didn't tell me how to get my Netflix and Apple TV account even I paid for it. For any problem they tell you to call customer service.

My sons i phone died , we were do for an upgrade so we went to this store . They signed us up for two additional lines without our knowledge , charged us twice for connection fees of 35.00 each and gave a promotional rate for an iPhone .About two hours later I received two notifications from T-Mobile about the additional lines, a receipt of the double charges of line connection , and the cancellation for the promotional rate on the iPhone .,I called T-Mobile customer care and after two phone calls , and 5 hours later , they were able to cancel the two new lines , returned one of the 35.00 connection fees , however they told me I needed to return to the store to work out the difference in the promotional price for the new iPhone .After over 10 years of being a T-Mobile customer .The only time I’m going back to this store is to return the iPhone they overcharged me phone after I get new cell carrier .Completely dishonest practice going on here . My thoughts are they are deliberating misleading customers hoping the customer miss the additional charges .

DO NOT USE THIS STORE. The sign says T-Mobile but they are not affiliated with the company it is a private entity. They run makeshift promotions and add ghost lines and services that run up your bill. I have been going through a 3 month ordeal trying to get my bill fixed after they added 4 ghost lines and an internet service. The store on Indiantown is actually affiliated with T-Mobile and can help you, DONT GO HERE save yourself the headache.

The girl that helped me was super nice!! The staff were helpful and I don’t have any complaints regarding my experience. I was in and out in 10 minutes including wait time. Thank you tmobile !!!!

I purchase the 5G to Go and I have to cancel my Xfinity contract but T mobile will reimburse me I went to this store and ask the Gir on site (Natalie) how do I get my reimbursement, she said I will help you ,15 minutes passed she was surfing the app and nothing she call a coworker and nothing after an other girl show up and finally got it, so Nathalie can finish the process ar one point the process was loading and stock she ok is done, I ask her but still loading is not finish, she told me you can go but the program still loading I ask again an again an a young fellow without any ID ask me sir leave the store several times I left I don't have time to confrontation with untrained and uneducated employees I don’t recommend this store go some place else

This location was amazing ! The representative that helped me ivett was very sweet and polite she made my switch over from Verizon very simple and fast. I would highly recommend anyone to come to this location as the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly!

Wish I could give zero stars. The absolute worst customer service. First time I went in with my phone issue, the representative took it in the back, returned and told me that (a) it is a hardware issue and the phone would have to be replaced, (b) he initiated an insurance claim and someone would be calling me at 8PM that night (he was that specific to finish the claim) and (c) my new phone was being shipped. Waited for the call at 8PM. No call. Called the store the next day and was told I should call Customer Care. I did. There was no claim opened. No notes in my account. I was flat out lied to by the representative. The Customer Care representative made the warranty claim and had the new phone shipped. I received text messages with every step, further proving that the representative did nothing. Four days later, and no notice that my phone had arrived. I went to the store. My phone was there but the system was not updated so they could not process the exchange. I cannot tell you through tone of voice, facial expression and body language, how much the representative did not want to help me. He told me to call the Help Desk. I called Customer Care in his presence. Customer Care indicated that the Help Desk is for employees only and I could not call. With every ounce of disdain he could muster, he called the Help Desk which asked for a store code and his employee token. So, he absolutely knew the Help Desk could not deal directly with customers. This store alone made me want to switch carriers. It is so unbelievably sad that since the compensation structure only "rewards" phone sales and new plan sales that basic customer service is a bother. I will NEVER shop at this store again and will be switching from T-Mobile as soon as my contract is up based solely on my experience with this store.04.22.2023 UPDATE: The store manager, Samantha, is very professional and reached out both here and in person. She is an example of what the service should be like. Hopefully, her employees will see her example.
