Terrible Customer Service by a Manager named Shakira in this store. I spent 8 miserable hours in this store over the last two days trying to resolve an error on T-Mobile's end that no employee could explain or solve. Disgusted with the ethics of Shakira and T-Mobile. How can T-Mobile have no regard for helping a customer that is having an issue caused by their own company. I've also spent the last two days on the phone with the customer service representatives that keep putting me through to supervisors only to continuously get hung up on because no employee wants to do their job.

Went there with Mom today as she lost her phone in Jupiter the other day. The gentleman who helped her, I think naked Dierius, was extremely kind and helpful to my mother. He called her insurance company and answered her every question. Then the sweet manager engaged us and recognized my mother from a prior visit. I watched and listened as she calmly and with care explained options to my mother. She sympathized with her situation and came up with ideas that eventually provided all the answers she needed. Mom is getting a phone delivered tomorrow. This was on Wednesday, October 4, 2023, at the Gardens Mall. Fantastic service in a very clean and well staffed T-Mobile store.

Terrible customer service . I worked with a black male - I think his named started with a D - I came to add an extra line to my account and he told me it would cost an additional 60$ to add a new line with the phone insurance and an extra I -watch . We waited 1 hour for this guy to set up everything and he kept having to ask his manager every 5 minutes what to do . We had to leave cause it took too long and we had a previous engagement. When we came back to finish setting up the watch it took another hour and nobody knew anything that was going on . The same guy was helping another woman and taking forever - clearly he had NO IDEA - what he was doing because he assured me my bill would be in total 185$ after the new line was added. Thank goodness I checked my bill a week later and it was $439$?????? What the hell ! This is the worst T-Mobile I’ve ever been too . Don’t go here - they are untrained and don’t know what they are doing .Update - the manager called me after I wrote and email about this situation and fixed everything on her end and explained to me that someone (not her employee ? ) put the wrong codes into the system and my plan was changed into a individual family plan instead of a group one and I was being charged for 4 lines individually etc - then she updated everything to reflect the discounts happening that week and said she will train her employees to be more specific when they explain their prices to customers . So I was able to lower my bill to $220 per month (with my payment plan for my iPhone and Apple Watch - so without that it would go down to like 190$ or so) and I got a discount for this month due to alll the mistakes . Over all I am happy everything was corrected and explained better and I hope the training is done now so this does not happen to anyone else.

Customer service and Manager I believe his name was Walter was outstanding, the product was exactly what I was looking for, I was very impressed with the quality of the product, They were accommodating and responsive to my questions.

After having an uncomfortable interaction with another associate, I decided to wait to work with Kevin, who had helped me in the past. He was patient, and thorough in his explanations, and transparent with plan pricing. He understood that some customers require more technical assistance and in person interaction. He was respectful and did not treat me as an annoyance, unlike the first associate I spoke with when discussing a new phone purchase. Kevin addressed all my concerns, and was a real asset to this Tmobile location. It is frustrating that the company doesn't employ technicians in the retail locations, but Kevin's experience enabled him to act as a tech when my former phone was glitching, explaining what was going wrong. In the future, I will endeavor to work with Kevin exclusively whenever I am in need of either technical assistance, or phone replacement.
