Terrible customer service, employees are disrespectful. Everyone was really nice to take my $500 for 2 Vehicle downpayments, and after the purchase was then very rude. They treated my husband and I like trash when we called to schedule delivery dates! I asked to speak to an manager and they told me that Tesla doesn't have managers. I am so sad and upset of the way I was spoken to and I was just in disbelief of Tesla employees.

There are many good cars. But Tesla is great car that blends electrical engineering with mechanical engineering. The showroom has it all. Three models and at display is their amazing new solar battery/ panel. The salesmen are very professional and cheerful.

I have just visited this store, fully intending to buy a Tesla for my birthday (today was also my birthday). The woman in the showroom today has the worst attitude I've ever experienced in car showroom. Argumentative and took a lot for granted. From what I've read, sales are way down at Tesla, and if this is the way their sales people are trained, I'm not surprised. Tesla were the only game in town for a min, so the cars might have sold themselves. However, most competitors now have great electric cars available.I work in sales management, and what I have just experienced would have driven me to fire any member of my team. I am now going to order a BMW i4 and enjoy a BMW customer service experience that is clearly far ahead of Tesla.It takes a truly bad sales person to talk you out of a car they are selling, but that is what she managed to do.. I'm speechless !!!

I walked in with questions regarding a Model 3. I walked in and noticed that there were 2 Tesla Employees, one was with a customer and the other seemed to be on the computer. Besides that, the store was empty, not even filled with cars. I stood around for a few minutes and was not greeted at all. No one asked if I had questions or approached me at all. I walked out without ANY interaction. It was terrible service.

Pretty damn satisfied with our overall experience. We contacted AJ Reddick about a year ago to test drive a new Model Y. The process was pretty cool since he stayed in contact with us during the contactless test drive appointment. After we placed our order, AJ stated in close contact with us all the way up until our delivery date. He was an awesome person to deal with too. He helped us and gave us his undivided attention during the last minute scramble to make sure our third party bank was taken care of with every last bit of annoying details they needed on such short notice. All of the staff there especially AJ were some of the coolest and most professional people my wife and I have ever dealt with in the car buying world.

Went to PBG Mall, spur of the moment….Thought the associate ”AJ” was going to pester us about buying a car, we couldn’t have been more wrong!Didn’t even realize going in that we’d have 100 questions and we didn’t know that much about the cars and Tesla etc.. AJ answered every question not because he was trying to sell a car (I don’t even think they’re on commission) but just as a guy who was genuinely excited about the vehicles and the brand.Within 20 minutes we were totally into the car, brand etc. I had no idea that you could test drive a Tesla- assumed you’d have to find a “dealership” with a lot of vehicles. Well AJ got us into one of the cars there at the mall and let us test drive it on the spot- and it was near closing time so we were very impressed that he was willing to get us into drive one.Well we were sold after about 3 minutes of driving the car and put a deposit on one before we left. We continued to pester AJ over the next month or so with various questions and he ALWAYS got back to us OR actually completed himself (regarding insurance and other paperwork type stuff)I can’t say enough about the car, AJ, the actual process of buying the car! I cannot imagine EVER going back to buying a car “the old way” again!So officially, THANK YOU AJ. For all your assistance!!!

I first drove a MY in Jupiter FL at a Hampton Inn of all places. I called the number for the test drive and that was the only time I actually talked to AJ. He started the car remotely and we were off. Couldn't have have been an easier experience. Even though I lived in Tampa, he stayed with me for whole process. He was accessible and followed up on all my questions. I took delivery in Tampa the Tuesday before Thanksgiving. Except for waiting for the car . ...He made it a great experience!

AJ was amazing ! He made the experience so worth it. We show up at the store and we wanted to do a test drive first before purchasing the car and without hesitation he said he could do a test drive right away. He responded all our questions and stayed up to date with us until the date of the car being delivery. Thanks AJ for everything !!!

AJ was very helpful in the process of me getting my Tesla. Although, my date kept getting changed he was always there to answer my questions and kept me updated. He basically made the way process even easier, and even offered advice on vehicle enhancements when asked. Roll Tide Roll

If I could give zero stars that is what I would give. Me and my husband ordered a Tesla online this morning. I was super excited so I actually want to go see the car in person. So I drove 55 miles to the palm beach location, I had some question regarding charging at home station and warranty? I had the worst customer service experience. The gentleman at the front named Giovanni couldn’t even great “Not hey how are you how can I help you “ or anything. So me and my husband started to ask question just to get vague responses. He said I didn’t hear you what did you say. We were standing right in front of him? He could even take his eyes of his laptop to even look at us. It was very uncomfortable. This is why In store retail is failing and people rather do things online. If this is the type of representation Tesla has going on. We will not be a customers. So now I regret my purchase and considering going to a different competitor. Where my questions and concerns will be taken in to consideration. And I will receive a better customer service experience.

AJ in PB, FL has been a pleasure to work with. He was most helpful with myself and my husband. We had so many questions and he was so patient and caring and knowledgeable. We love Tesla! The company sells itself. Its such a cool culture and AJ is one of the reasons why. We will continue to support him. This is our 4th car with him and we look forward to many more !
