Great deals just never enough cashier's. Minimum of 30 mins just to pay every single visit. They need to hire more cashier's. There is no reason why on a Wednesday at 2pm it should take 30 minutes just to pay for items.

Bunch of stuff. Can be crowded. Friends from overseas spend hours to get deals. Everyone is friendly and there is always something for you (I think)

It’s 11:45 in the morning and there’s 20 + people in line and 3 cash registers open. It took 25 minutes to get through the line

Meh. Slim pickins. I brought my twelve year old daughter to pick out something nice for a party. She couldn't find anything decent, so she settled on going with a "Halloween theme" consisting of pajama pants and a sweatshirt. Nothing decent was available. Additionally, they had problems with their payment system so I had to pay cash. The value for the very basic clothing I bought was poor. Overpriced Walmart clothes.

Truly an enraging experience. While the store is well stocked with many choices, we waited in line for almost 30 minutes because they had 3 registers open, a line that wrapped back to the entrance and 3 other employees “handling inventory” in the front while we all waited. People were putting down items and leaving. I understand Saturdays are very busy but there’s no reason for workers to be hanging up clothes and purses behind the register when there’s 30+ people waiting in line. See attached photo of the employees not helping customers.

Allow plenty of time to go thru every rack. The eventual long line at checkout time never fails

Fake reviews! Every time, I’m in the store, it takes 35 minutes in line just to get to the register. The manager told me that they need more cashiers, but corporate won’t let them hire more staff.

Been coming here for 15 yrs. Cashiers are all very nice. Especially at the jewelry counter! Managers not so friendly or nice. The store has gotten very sloppy n messy. Very difficult to move around in aisles. Long lines to wait at any given time of day. It is to be a high end Tjmaxx couture store but they lost there class.

Just hire the people.the ladies at the billing desk taking forever i was there waiting in a looonnnggg queue and in 30 minutes the moved only 1 customer seriously pathetic experience

Had a wonderful experience making a purchase with Charmaine at the jewelry counter. She's patient and friendly. This TJMaxx has higher end name brand of clothing, bags, shoe selection (limited) and designer jewelry/accessories right where you walk in.
