I’m a frequent shopper at this store and most of my other experiences have been good but recently one of their employees racial profiled me and tried to intimidate me. It’s honestly disappointing because the brand itself is good but the employees make it feel like it is a low end store and not a “high end” as the lady made herself sound. It would be nice to express this situation with the manager After that day it made me not want to come back at all.

My daughter received some Miller sandals for her 18th birthday and we needed to exchange the size. I am usually very intimidated by these fancy places but the sales associate was very friendly and kind and helpful. We got them exchanged easily and was a very pleasant experience.

RACIST. I came in to buy a Mother’s Day gift. My card was locked, and the cashier-woman yelled out “that didn’t go through.” It was very unprofessional and obviously in attempts to embarrass me. I bought what I needed and left. I won’t be back.

Inept employees and inflexible GM - customer service was poor…after trying to purchase an item for over two hours of back and forth, I called the Chicago store and the gift was being shipped within 15 minutes.

??Not even 4xs used and already seeing this bad wrinkles and dents (i tried to post.the pics wont let me) The store says is "normal" I would not have purchased this trash had i been told this prior. I dont recommend this product ar ALL to ANYONE. Very POOR quality producy for the price. I feel robbed. Will never but tory burch and will tell anyone to beware!!

If I could not give any stars I would. This is the first time I’ve ever felt racial profiled. I was not welcomed at all the look I was given in this store was horrible. Just because I’m African American doesn’t mean I steal or I don’t have money to afford anything in that store.

Horrible … always shoppes this brand. They are actually pretty disgusting in their treatment of customers. Especially when making a very expensive purchase.
