I got my hair bleached blonde for the first time at this Ulta by Miss Veronica. It was the best experience I could have hoped for. Veronica was extremely sweet, warm, and attentive. The atmosphere of all the other employees was unbelievably welcoming. And on top of all this, my hair turned out absolutely perfect. I got a better shade of blonde that matches my skin tone better than I could have imagined. Couldn't recommend the Ulta salon more!

Today I went to get a partial color retouching with Jenn and I can’t believe how kind and careful she was all the time I was there with my hair. She was super soft and calm when it came to combing my hair and drying my hair. She took her time and was very loving. She definitely did a spectacular job.

I live in Palm City but drive to Palm Beach Gardens to shop at the PGA Ulta- it is the best! Along with being able to purchase luxury brand products at this store (Hourglass, Natasha Denona, etc.), the customer service is top notch. Rozalia assisted me today and was enthusiastic and compassionate in helping me locate the specific products I was looking for. Excited to come back again!

I have always been impressed with how friendly and helpful everyone is here. But Shakirrah today just blew them all away. She was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I was looking for a new shade, and was ready to settle on something but she wouldn't let me leave til it was perfect! It is very apparent that she takea great pride in her work and is very talented. The ladies who work here need training in customer service and the products the store carries. I find it extremely rude to tell a customer to read a label to understand which products are on sale and say that this is an online thing. Aren’t you suppose to know the products and help the customer when needed? Isn’t it their job? What are all those ladies pretending to work do all day? And, the cherry on top was the lady left telling me to refer to the label which she wasn’t even able to understand!!

Evelina was the most beautiful soul I’ve ever experienced in an Ulta beauty. Her kindness and pure joy was a breath of fresh air in a world of stank breath. Thank you for being amazing! Everyone in this store was helpful and kind.. will 10/10 return.
