I had a very unpleasant experience at this location. The strong smell of marijuana inside the store was extremely unprofessional and off-putting. On top of that, the employees seemed disinterested and not focused on their work. It did not feel like a safe or respectful environment for customers. I expected better from a UPS Store and hope management addresses these issues.

I’ve never walked into a Point of service Like this where the smell of weed was absolutely overwhelming and there’s five employees all sitting in different spots, looking at their phones and not even saying hello. It was disturbing.

On May 27, 2025 I mailed a letter to Medicare. Tracking nr.9400111899560219176357. Even today the tracking o USPS said the label was created. I have no clue if it was delivered or not. The clerk in the UPS store tells us that probably they forgot to scan the tracking nr. Quite a reasoning. I still have no clue if the package was delivered or not. Ready to dispute the charge,

Don't ever go here! Waste of money for their services. Associates don't know what they are doing. One associate states One thing while another associate says another. I can't wait for my 3 months is up. Not worth the hassle and frustration

I wish I could give 0 stars. If Amazon can tell me how many stops away, why can’t you? I have an issue every single time I order something that comes through ups. How can I ensure my packages are NEVER shipped using UPS again?

i’m not sure where all the negative reviews come from… i’ve always had great experiences here. staff is always attentive and makes you feel welcomed. today i came in frustrated with a return for amazon (frustrated with the company who sent me the item and because i never return items) anyway, i came in with the heavy box and staff was quick to inform me that i can always come in before unloading the package and they’d assist me even if they’re busy. great customer service and the previous times ive been here it hasn’t been any less of great service. thanks for everything guys you’re great.

Just came in here to buy a $5 box so that I could send back a return. After buying the box, asked if I could have two pieces of packing tape to seal the top and bottom of it. They told me that unless I paid another $5 for their packaging fee, or bought an entire roll of tape, they could not provide me two pieces of tape. I couldn't believe what they were telling me. They had several rolls laying around. How much would this have cost? $0.01 or $0.02? I asked again, and they just stood their ground and were happy to let me leave dissatisfied. It's basic common courtesy like this that is the difference between a good review and a bad review.

After what could be described as the worst customer interaction I've ever had at a UPS Store, much less any store last week at a different UPS Store, this one was so great. Pierre was extremely thorough, kind and went the extra step to make sure my packages were ready to go out. Thanks Pierre!

Pierre from 4371 North Lake and Military in Palm Beach Gardens Florida is the best manager in the whole wide world!!
His whole team enjoys working with him and I appreciate all the work that he did to track down the package that my mom wanted to return from Amazon.
I highly recommend anybody to come

Felicia did a wonderful job helping me with multiple packages today. She was helpful, quick and efficient all with a smile on her face. She’s definitely not receiving the support she needs though - get this girl some help!

If I could leave NO stars I would! I worked in customer service for 18yrs and I have never seen customer service as bad as this store! The owner should be ashamed of the employees that he has working there! They don’t speak, and if they do… they’re obnoxiously RUDE! You ALWAYS have to wait even if no one is in the store, they take forever to send packages back to Amazon, and if something goes wrong and you go back to follow up FORGET IT! They get down right nasty! It’s a joke! I will never step foot in this store again, I’ll take the longer drive and use the gas!

Very bad service by a lady with red hair. Waited in line for 20 minutes because she was taking all of her time, being slow, singing, dancing (to very bad loud music that she put on). Once I got there, I gave the package I had to return with the return label and everything ready to go. She started to type everything down and then asked me to pay 22$ even though it was a prepaid label. Once I told her it was a prepaid label and I shouldn’t have to pay for it, she answered “So you’re just wasting my time now that I did all this?”. I asked her if she could read since I literally handed the package to her with everything labeled and written down on it, she then acted all annoyed and had a
disrespectful, unprofessional attitude and pursued to tell me that I could not return this package here and I had to go to USPS. Worst service I have ever had, I sure hope this employee will be reprimanded for treating the clientele in such a bad way.
