Will never go to this location again. Female employee is incredible rude and would not even provide her name when asked. As a small business owner I feel for other owners of small businesses in times when it’s difficult to find employees willing to work, but unfortunately your employees represent your business and although I’m a huge supporter of UPS and the UPS Stores I will definitely choose other locations in the future. I have no intention of providing an online review but since neither your employee or your manager Day would provide me her name, I felt others should understand how they should expect to be treated. .

Recently, my experience with the store was overall a good one. Their customer service is awesome. One day I was having a difficult time with packing an item in a return box and one of the young men, an employee, went the extra mile to assist me with packing and sending my return item.

How do I start a petition to close down this UPS location? Looking at their poor Google reviews, there could be A LOT of signatures for my petition. This store has the worst management/ customer service! Before I posted this review, I wanted to give them the opportunity to fix their shipping error so I called & asked to speak to a manager. The Guy who answered the phone, would not tell me his name, or the name of the branch manager. Rude & lazy staff!

I shipped a package on October 26th at 9:50a.m. A week and a half later there is no updated information as far as tracking goes. I call the store and they say "we have nothing to do with the item once it leaves the store." Well, after speaking with UPS (corporate) they claim the item has NOT left the store as it was never scanned to anywhere else other than the store when I dropped it off.This item is a very expensive laptop I am using for school. It was purchased from Amazon and was defective so I was returning it to get a replacement. Now it is lost somewhere within this store and I'm getting no help and I cannot receive a replacement yet because the investigation with UPS is still happening.This is completely unacceptable and a bit sketchy to be honest. I would be weary shipping anything of value through this store.

The so called manager is the rudest Employer I have ever encountered . On more than one occasion have I experienced his rude behavior. He is the worst . Tried calling headquarters to no avail.Don’t go , it’s terrible

I should’ve listened to the reviews for this UPS store location (I came in 8/4/23). I walked in stand in front of a register that a young lady is behind near the front door, no greeting no acknowledgement for minutes. when she did acknowledge me she gave me attitude like I should know that her having her head down on her phone or whatever she was doing means she was ready for me and then she wanted to rush me as if I’m bothering her to do her job for my returns when no one else was in the line except for me. Never coming back to this UPS store.

Used to love this store but in the last few months, the customer service has gone beyond downhill and is basically non-existent. Situation 1: A few weeks ago I was in here with my infant child. The employee helping me started hitting on me & asked if I was married. His name starts with an R. Totally unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable.Situation 2: My brother was in town visiting me last week and had to mail a laptop and charger to his work. The employees packaged the items for him. They left the charger out of the box when they packed and mailed it. My brother only found out because his manager emailed him asking where the charger was. No one at the store bothered to try to reach out about it. I called them on Saturday to arrange getting the charger mailed out. I spoke with someone named Jamari. He said it was no issue, come in on Monday and we will look it up in the system and get it sent out, that I wouldn't have to pay again because obviously it had been weighed and was supposed to be included in the first box that was shipped (which was over $100 to ship). I let him know that I would be in around lunchtime on Monday (today). I went in today and was assisted by two different employees, both who were extremely rude. I let them know that I had called and spoken with Jamari on Saturday about the situation.The first employee told me "I have to call the owners, I can't just DO THINGS" and kept repeating himself. He started to help me with sending out another package and eventually just walked away. Then another employee came up to help. He also had a bad attitude and was rude. I asked his name, and he said it was "J." He kept saying "I don't want you to think that I'm Jamari, I didn't ship your box, Jamari is sick today. We're two different people. Got it? Got it?" He was basically smiling and laughing to himself the entire time. It was strange, unprofessional, and I got the impression that he was lying. I'm about 1000% sure that if it had been my husband doing this instead of me, they would not have treated him the same way. I'm now waiting on a call back from the first employee to tell me what the situation is with the charger. Normal customer service would've been to mail out the charger immediately free of charge, since it was their mistake that it was left out of the first box that was shipped. I live 5 minutes from this store but will be driving further to a different location after these experiences. Super unfortunate.
