Very helpful staff. Friendly, and patient even under times of duress and peak hours. No complaints. The system as a whole may be imperfect but that’s not a reflection on the service at this location from my experience so far.

8/11 9:30am passport appointment - 1st appointment available, when we booked it online it says arrive 10 minutes early. We arrived 9:14am, we were told to wait at the corner. We are seen at 9:34am, she started the computer but the computer is acting up so we ended up using the other computer. Got out at 9:55am which made me arrive late for work.

I’d leave them 0 stars if I could. There’s always a line in this facility, the workers are rude and very slow to get people in and out. Stay away.

Be careful booking passport appointments here. Online it allows you to book for a Saturday - we did so and showed up and they told us they don’t do appointments on Saturday even though it allows you to book online. No phone call or anything. Booked again on a Monday and thankfully got a call this time that they weren’t doing appointments that day because the clerk wasn’t going to be there. I guess the clerk is regularly not there and it’s not reflected on the USPS website when booking an appointment. Very frustrating!

Visiting from out of town and I made the mistake of having a package forwarded here. Over two days I’ve spend nearly 2 hours at this dump waiting in line. This branch is useless. AVOID at all costs.

If you’re looking to renew your passport or get it for the first time, I highly recommend coming to this place. The passport agent, Hazel, is the best. She is patient, very kind, and extremely respectful. She helped us with our children’s passport applications, and for what is usually a tedious experience, she made it very pleasant. In fact, we had brought the wrong documents, and she explained everything clearly and was incredibly patient. I highly recommend her if you’re looking to get a passport

The employees are nice, but the biometric machine was not working and I was not able to get my fingerprints taken (no date of when it was going to get fixed)

They do not take passport walk in appointments but also do not update their information online. So do not rely on the information online.

Only 1 person was working the counter, she says the fingerprint machine has been down for 6Months!! Yet they are still listed as a FBI approved location!!!

This site is not currently offering walk-in passport services. They are providing inaccurate information about other nearby places that offer passport services. They need to update services provided.
