Two staff members received special praise for their excellent service and knowledge. However, there are some discrepancies with the posted hours, as the location opens at 10:00 a.m. and has a lunch break from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m., which is not accurately reflected online.

This office is always very busy but I choose this location over others because the staff is willing to help when they can and the kiosks are almost always working.

It’s a tough job and somebody has to do it and they put up with a lot of people, especially snowbirds, and they are not easy people!!!!?

Tia and Hazel had a very long line and were excellent. They were moving through the line very well and they were both very helpful and knowledgeable to each guest. I just want you to know you have two fantastic ladies employed there, I would not let them go!! Merry Christmas!!
