WRONG LOCATION alert !!
This location is not the USPS office — it’s Cooper’s Hawk restaurant. The actual USPS is located at 3330 Fairchild Gardens Ave, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410.
If you’re coming from I-95 and Gardens Mall is on your left, you need to take a right to reach the correct USPS location.
I wasted a lot of time trying to find it, so I’m leaving this review to help others avoid the same confusion. Google should update this listing to reflect the accurate address.

The hours posted online say lunch hour closed 1:00 to 2:00. It's 2:30 and no one's there. Fix your hours!

Every time one of my packages goes missing, I'm going to leave a one star negative review. I dropped a package off over a week ago and once again it has no tracking on it. It is showing that it never left this location. This is now the fifth time a package has gone missing. It's inconvenient for me to stand in a hour long line just to drop a package off and to obtain a tracking number. We should be able to trust that if we use the drop off that our packages won't go missing. It's a darn federal offense for crying out loud! I have lost hundreds of dollars at this specific location and I'm trying to run a small business. I'm sick of getting one to two stars on my business for USPS's BS! God forbid our federal government spends a little bit of money to fix this location. Our population is growing, so our federal buildings also need to grow. They spent money on the DMV and the courthouse so why is this building being ignored?

This office is always very busy but I choose this location over others because the staff is willing to help when they can and the kiosks are almost always working.

This is pathetic have a tiny post office for a city this size. The employees are great. But up against mission impossible!

This location sucks!! There is always only 1 person at the register and the line is out the door no matter what time you go. I just wasted 30 minutes standing in line only to be told I’m unable to pay cash.

Tia and Hazel had a very long line and were excellent. They were moving through the line very well and they were both very helpful and knowledgeable to each guest. I just want you to know you have two fantastic ladies employed there, I would not let them go!! Merry Christmas!!

Great post office but the hours on Google are wrong. They don't open until 10:00 a.m. now and they're closed for lunch between 1:30 and 2:30. You would think Google could get the hours right but Google says the business confirmed it and I don't think that's so.
